I haven't smelled panzerotto from Puglia in years, they are very similar to the ones I ate as a child. All very good, the place is very small, difficult to eat on the spot, GREAT prices.

Excellent family-run place for freshly made panzerotti from Bari. Kind and friendly staff. Price of a panzerotto starting from €3.50, cheaper than other similar places and with a better quality-price ratio. Excellent organization and quality, both of the dough and of the ingredients inside. Open kitchen (the panzerotti are really freshly prepared) and use of colored handkerchiefs to distinguish the flavors chosen for orders of multiple panzerotti. Wide choice of fillings for panzerotti, with some sweet options too. Focaccias, arancini and other gastronomy dishes are also available.

I was passing through Baggio for a walk to the Town Hall 7. Discovered it on Google while looking for a place for lunch. I entered with the intention of eating a panzerotto. On the counter there was a very interesting looking freshly baked parmigiana. Amazing!!! Never a more appropriate choice. Friendly and welcoming owners. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Quality panzerotto! Optimal. Varied and interesting proposals including pizzas and delicacies. Friendly and professional staff, like feeling at home! I'll be back to try the pizza 🍕 Highly recommended

18/01/2025: Very difficult to book, but the result as usual meets and exceeds expectations. Many recycled dishes reinterpreted in a contemporary key. A special mention to the tortelli.
16/01/2025: Dopo numerosi tentativi e lunghissima attesa siamo riusciti finalmente a prenotare un tavolo. Aspettative più che elevate e ampiamente soddisfatte. Locale caldo e accogliente, come tutto il personale (giovane, attento, Smart, preparato, simpatico). Propone pochi piatti come è giusto che sia ma che accontentano tutti i palati. Vitello tonnato eccellente, il migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Primi piatti super goduriosi. Avremmo fatto volentieri il bis di tutto. Interessante la carta dei vini. Nessun appunto da fare. Chapeau allo chef! La lunga attesa è stata ben ripagata e non vedo l’ora di tornare. Prezzi adeguati. 50€ a testa
