Review: Ristorante Panzakina
Our group of five enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Ristorante Panzakina. The spaghetti cacio e pepe was perfectly balanced — creamy, peppery, and full of flavour — while the l’insalata di mare was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully seasoned.
The rosato was sublime, pairing effortlessly with both dishes. Service was polished yet relaxed, with staff attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere captured effortless coastal charm, enhanced by lovely views over the boat harbour.
It’s the kind of place where great food, wine, and scenery come together in perfect harmony — a true highlight of seaside dining in Sicily.

I'll preface this by saying that I rarely give 5 stars. That said, I had dinner here with my husband a few days ago. The food was very good. The price was reasonable, considering we had a fish first and second course. We were treated very well. A pleasant surprise in Milazzo. I got a good recommendation from a local. Recommended. Advance reservations are required.

We went to this place for two nights during our stay in Milazzo. What can I say... the staff is incredibly kind, really special people. We had dinner the first night with a delicious pizza, made with quality ingredients! The second night we ordered pasta with clams, which was also delicious! The atmosphere was very welcoming, and we dined outside in one of Milazzo's alleys! We plan to return 🥰

It must have been a fun night, right? We had an appetizer and two first courses: the mussels diavolata, anything but diavolata, salty and never spicy; the two first courses had a bland flavor, no fish flavor at all... They seemed like linguine with oil and nothing else. The quality of the fish was excellent, but the dishes were tasteless and, alas, devoid of love. The prices are high for the experience they offer. In my opinion, it's not enough.

A very pleasant experience, stumbled upon by chance, as we were passing through.
Excellent welcome, we chose a seafood appetizer that we shared, followed by calamarata and seafood linguine.
Excellent dishes, very fresh fish, what struck me was the perfect balance on the palate between the different components of the various dishes.
Unfortunately, we're far away, but if we ever get the chance (and we will, because Sicily is unique in every way), we'll definitely be back.

The best seafood restaurant of the last 10 years of my life! Massimo is an exceptional maître d', and the care the kitchen staff puts into every dish is matched by the attentive service.
We ate a selection of raw antipasti, beautifully presented and of the highest quality, but the highlight was undoubtedly the paccheri with two textures (cooked lobster and raw Mazzara shrimp) served on a drizzle of basil reduction that… words fail.
If you want a memory you'll cherish for a lifetime, come and eat with Massimo and his son Francesco. 10/10 would recommend!
