I made a mistake in my order, but they were so kind and told me to come back again instead❤️❤️ I couldn't go due to my schedule, but I will definitely visit again when I go back to Florence! The food was also delicious. You can also drink wine at a reasonable price! They gave me a lot of offal, so I was very full!!

Florence = lampredotto worthy of a "world sandwich." Hot, freshly sliced, served on a cutting board. Friendly and welcoming owner and staff. Located directly across from the Santa Maria Novella train station, a must-stop for any traveler.

Truly don’t think you can find better value anywhere else. Everything is between 5-7 euros and it’s all delicious. Even when we went and it was closed, the guy used what he still had to spare us from McDonald’s. Super friendly people, I’ll be going here multiple times a week while I’m living in Florence.

10/03/2026: We had a wonderful dining experience at Sabatini Firenze, and it was made even more special thanks to our server, Emanuel. Emanuel was exceptional throughout the entire evening. He was incredibly accommodating and very knowledgeable when recommending dishes. His English was excellent, which made communication very easy and comfortable for us. The food itself was fantastic. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was absolutely amazing, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The pasta we ordered was also delicious and beautifully made, showcasing the authentic flavors of Florentine cuisine. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a relaxed and memorable meal in Florence. A special thank you again to Emanuel for his outstanding service and hospitality. If you visit Sabatini Firenze, we highly recommend asking for him!

08/12/2025: A charming place nestled in the greenery of Florence. We came in November. The attentive service and the excellent quality of the ingredients were almost perfect. We'll definitely be back.
