It's a street sandwich shop with a few chairs, a little sheltered from the rain.. If they managed to make me eat scraps then they are really good!! Really Compliments I'll give them back

Waiting for the train change, I get hungry and rightly leave the station to avoid a financial drain. 💸 Two minutes' walk and I find myself in front of this typical stall, with a good smell all around. 🌬️🤔 Marco, the owner, notices the drooling at my mouth and recommends a good sandwich with porchetta, peppers and sauce. 🍔😳 Well what can I say, very good and also honest with the price... "very Tuscan", like him! 😋 I will go back every time I have to wait for a train in Santa Maria Novella 🚆

We tried the lampredotto sandwich, the lampredotto tray with bread and the delicate Schiacciata, all really delicious, made on the spot. The owners are also very kind and friendly, a place to try if you are in Florence! We will definitely be back!

Incredibly delicious squash with porchetta

Best sandwiches in Florence! My favorite is the one with prosciutto, mozzarella and mushroom sauce. So very simple and good. Affordable too!

Sono stato da Panino Mondiale con la famiglia il pomeriggio del 3 settembre 2024 per una cena anticipata (ore 18:30 circa) in vista del treno per tornare a Roma. Ottimo Lampredottaio proprio a due passi dalla stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Offre anche atri panini e schiacciate, ma consiglio vivamente il panino con Lampredotto, già ottimo ed abbondante ma che con aggiunta di salsa piccante e salsa verde, diventa appunto... Mondiale. Anche la piacevole atmosfera creata dai simpaticissimi gestori del chiosco contribuisce a far vivere un esperienza ottima da ripetere appena possibile, tanto che abbiamo promesso di preparare per loro una carbonara in cambio del panino, la prossima volta che capiteremo. Abbiamo anche portato via il lampredotto per consumarlo a casa e ce lo hanno sistemato in una vaschetta con pane e salse a parte per evitare che il pane si inzuppasse troppo durante il viaggio, da veri professionisti ed appassionati del loro lavoro. Consigliatissimo!!
