While walking along Strada Nuova and needing a quick breakfast, I came across this bakery's window display and, inspired by the variety of products, decided to give it a try, since they also have a café. I must say, I wasn't disappointed: while it's true that they offer standard baked croissants, I also find breakfast for just €3 more than reasonable. Furthermore, the staff was among the friendliest and most approachable I've ever encountered in Pavia, a detail that made the overall experience even more enjoyable. I already knew I'd be pleased with the service as soon as I ordered, since the lady serving me was so kind as to ask if I'd like a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa on my cappuccino. I rarely get asked this question, which, in its simplicity, shows great customer care. The cappuccino was delicious, by the way, with a particularly rich foam, as it should be. It was also lovely to listen to the conversations between the female staff and the regulars; They created a pleasant break that felt like home. In short, even in the rush of the day, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied by this brief experience.

If that weren't enough, the two girls behind the counter are wonderful and cheerful, and they put you in a good mood, which is priceless! We'll definitely be back!
