Product purchased online and shipped to me here in Germany. Really good and high quality dough. The filling was plentiful but I was expecting a pistachio cream sauce. Mine was filled with a nutellossa pistachio cream, all sugar. I believed the reviews on google and YouTube. This doesn't make me give up on buying panettone again, obviously excluding pistachio, next year. Thanks for your attention.

I usually get pizzas, contemporary Neapolitan type, which are delicious and cost little despite the quality. This year I wanted to try the classic pistachio panettone and another with cocoa dough. They are all excellent: soft, honeycombed and tasty. The pistachio one has an exaggerated amount of (real) pistachio cream and is not cloying. The one with cocoa mixture is soft and is enhanced with a cup of coffee. The classic one is a cloud in your mouth!
