Like every year, I order the panettone, and what can I say, the quality is excellent! Top-notch ingredients, fragrant panettone with a soft dough and delicious filling. True craftsmanship! Congratulations again, everything is always top-notch and delicious.
Also noteworthy is the kindness and helpfulness towards customers and delivery assistance, always available to provide information right up to the delivery, on time even during the holidays!

The pizzas are good quality, but the prices aren't exactly bakery-level; a Margherita pizza with potatoes and sausage costs a whopping €9.
The service leaves much to be desired. When ordering by phone, they often get the order wrong, so I recommend repeating your order several times. The pizza pickup time is never respected, and if any complaints are made about these delays, the staff responds in a snarky and unfriendly manner. I understand the confusion and work stress, but it doesn't seem like the right way to treat the customers who keep the business running. A little humility, but above all, sincerity, towards those who wait for delays of up to an hour, certainly wouldn't hurt.

I arrived around 11:00 a.m., and unfortunately, the selection wasn't very extensive at that time. There weren't many options available, which was a shame.
I ended up opting for a focaccia with sausages and a slice of pizza. I must say, the pizza was really good, a sign of high quality. I also tried the Rame di Napoli, which I found to be decent.
Overall, the quality of the products I tried was high. My rating is mainly influenced by the limited selection mid-morning. I'd gladly return, perhaps at a different time (earlier or later) to try a wider selection. I recommend it, but I suggest visiting during peak hours to enjoy the greatest variety.
I finally got to try their delicacies, and I was particularly impressed. The place is quite modern, with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. I recommend trying the hot food, in addition to the bread.

I tried the panuozzo armonia again after a while and I have to say that it was still good even if it was full of onions. The problem was that the service ordered for 8 wasn't ready. I waited half an hour. It would have been better not to call. The service was very confusing.
