Once you've tried their bread, you can't help but come back. Every week I drive 30 minutes just to get their multi-grain loaf! The girls at the counter and at the register are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Whenever I'm in the area for work, I always stop by this place for breakfast. It's a marvelous place with a wide variety of pastries. I've also been there for lunch several times, and the quality is always excellent. The staff is friendly, dynamic, and professional, and the clientele is varied and well-attended.

I don't want to give the usual 5-star review; I'd like to explain the reasoning, from a business owner's perspective. My family and I come here often, for a number of reasons that have already been extensively described (good food, super friendly and polite staff, etc.). What amazed me today was the owner's professionalism and customer service, which is not a given for a place as "established" as this. In fact, he responded attentively and understandingly to my simple suggestion about room-temperature water bottles. This is what a serious and intelligent professional looks like. Hats off!

A BIT DISAPPOINTED!
We bought a whole wheat loaf with seeds, but I wasn't entirely convinced by the quality and consistency. After cutting it, it was light and the crumb dry (improvements? - we didn't see any seeds).
Then a slice of pizza (Roman-style) with zucchini flowers and mozzarella, and a slice with zucchini (fresh Neapolitan ones) and mozzarella. All good, but not particularly exciting.
I looked at other types of pizza and it seemed to me that some of the toppings were prepackaged (mushrooms).

Aside from the fact that the food, both baked and cooked/rotisserie, is excellent, it's a real pleasure to enter because of the atmosphere, the kindness, and the friendliness of everyone. A place with positive vibes.

A true gem in Rome!
It was our first time in Italy, and this place perfectly reflects why people fall in love with the country. From the warm welcome to the genuine kindness of everyone working there, we felt truly at home. The croissant was a solid 10/10 and the coffee absolutely delicious — I would honestly come back to Rome just to have my breakfast here every day.
Both my wife and I were treated with such respect and care. When the lovely lady serving us and the gentleman at the counter found out we were Algerians visiting Italy for the first time, they went the extra mile to make us feel special. They even shared great recommendations for places to visit in Rome and beyond.
This little spot made me fall in love with Italian hospitality. Highly recommended!
