26/07/2024: Dough: with semolina? Not exactly "light", you can like it or not, it's not a "traditional" pizza. All good ingredients, but if there aren't fresh cardoncelli mushrooms, why do you serve them as fresh? If the sorbets aren't ready, why are you making me wait for them to freeze in the freezer? The service was a little distracted and detached, yet there weren't many people, perhaps the tiredness of the day was making itself felt. Prices are not exactly light: you have to pay for quality, but sometimes you exaggerate a little... Does the location make you forget everything else? No. Beautiful place, near the cathedral, but overall this pizzeria has lights and shadows. Different dough, good ingredients, but, for my taste, it is not the pizzeria I would recommend to friends who stop in Bitonto.

25/06/2024: Excellent experience within the historic center of Bitonto. Very good pizza dough and very suggestive context. Prices a little higher than average but the quality of the food is unquestionable.
