Very good food. The pasta is great, as is the pinsa. The shrimp are delicious. For picky eaters, there's also a cutlet with fries. :) I recommend it.

Absolutely delicious panini! Freshly baked bread, high-quality ingredients, and perfectly balanced flavors. Crispy on the outside, warm and melty inside.

We went for breakfast and everything was delicious. The fresh orange juice was amazing. They have a lovely terrace, which I'm sure is nice in the summer. It was quieter now that it was the off-season. They also sell some local products. Very good prices.

I highly recommend it. Regular-priced sandwiches made only after ordering (fresh ingredients). You can eat inside or out. The restaurant is packed with locals. I recommend it.

We were in Alberobello for a (half)day trip from Bari, ordered two paninis (sandwiches) here for lunch; they were amazing!!! We went back for a second time to get one to go for in the afternoon. Lovely gentleman behind the counter, very clean shop. Proper Italian atmosphere :)

In beautiful Alberobello, as you walk through the picturesque streets and enjoy its unique domes (Trulli di Alberobello), Casari Salumieri pops up, you feast your eyes on the wonderful dishes and drink a perfect espresso!!!
