Very nice establishment, apparently run entirely by young people. A little quieter than other lunch spots because it's 100m away (😆), but go for it, it's worth it. Gluten-free options (+€2 for sandwich bread, and it's delicious)

Good, inexpensive and fast food. Friendly service. Recommendation: solo mozzarella (a plate with homemade mozzarella and arugula).

CI siamo fermati a bere un paio di birrette ed un paio di Spritz. Abbiamo visto che il locale vende anche dei prodotti tipici. Ci siamo tornati il mattino seguente per fare una splendida colazione. Abbiamo acquistato dei prodotti tipici da portare via. Una volta a casa abbiamo fatto un assaggio e posso dire che sono meravigliosi. La burrata è una poesia.

Very sty and prepared from fresh ingredients sandwiches and salads! One of the best mixed salads with fresh small knots of mozzarella I tried! Highly recommend! And very reasonably priced, too!

Ad Alberobello sul corso principale, panini senza glutine ottimi con prodotti di qualità e soprattutto a prezzi non eccessivo ( dai 6€ in su ) . Staff giovane e disponibile. Consiglio

23/05/2025: I wanted fresh ricotta and on the suggestion of a friend I went to find the place... Quite small, considering that the line of people waiting is very long. A very well-stocked counter, there was an embarrassment of choice, I bought: fresh mozzarella, cow ricotta, soft cheese like brie, gorgonzola with mascarpone, and fresh yogurts always made by them. What can I say...exceptional quality of the products, everything delicious. Finally I ate something that tasted of milk and not packaged. The best thing is that even though they are products sold in portions, they last a long time in the fridge.

04/05/2025: Beautiful pizzeria-restaurant in Altamura, with a welcoming and elegant atmosphere, with a well-kept outdoor space ideal for the summer. The staff is quick and friendly and the menu offers an excellent variety of pizzas and other options. However, considering the high competition of pizzerias in Altamura and having tried many of them, I must admit that the taste of the pizza did not fully satisfy me. Maybe I'll try it again in the future."
