Let's start from the bad and then move on to the good, the price is higher than any hamburger shop, BUT, it's not just any hamburger shop, the meat is quality, the vegetables are too, the portions and dimensions are abundant. So many options and choices, among many places that make burgers perhaps it is one of the best if not the best

Extreme variety of sandwiches. The bread is unique, softness and flavor come together at the first bite. The meat is exceptional and the seasonings are delicate, allowing you to savor all the flavor of the meat. Staff and fast service. An experience to be repeated often.

Friendly and courteous staff, I still found the sandwich good, especially the bread. The place was a little cold and not very welcoming.

I received the 2x1 coupon and I took advantage of it mostly out of curiosity as I had heard about it and I know they have other locations in Romagna Super super quality, 150g hamburger very well done, excellent quality as well as the potatoes, plentiful I got everything to take away. The place seemed to me to be in good taste, a little noisy for my tastes, but that's ok, the environment lends itself to conviviality. A note in favor of the boy at the checkout, kind, nice, patient and helpful. 10 and praise! Hambuer bonelli, Highly recommended!!!

They are probably the best burgers I have ever eaten, certainly thanks to the excellent quality raw materials. I highly recommend it.

31/01/2025: I wish this new management a lot of good luck... I can't say anything bad about these guys... unfortunately though... it's probably my advancing age that makes me sentimental, I really liked the old brewdog plus, both the management and the exclusive presence of the parent company's beers. I repeat, nothing to say to those who work passionately in this place today but the brewdog was something else.

22/01/2025: Products of immense quality guarantee an intoxicating experience for the palate. Hands down the best burger in Bologna, and that's not a slogan... Super friendly and helpful service. It's just a shame that I went on a rainy winter evening, but I will certainly return in happier times.
