Palazzo Parigi is one of the most beautiful hotels in Milan, elegant, luxurious and with attentive, kind and helpful staff. We had lunch at the restaurant, very elegant, with spaced tables, the perfect mise en place, not to mention the dishes, refined, with refined flavors and excellent raw materials; that said, the service was not up to the standard of the prestigious hotel. At the reception of the restaurant, the person who had to check our reservation was visibly bored and annoyed, not only with us, but also with the other customers, the service was a little slow, and to top it off the waiter served the only man first at the table, and then we women, a macroscopic error.
