The Paddock is easy to find. The place is simple, perhaps a little dark inside.
The sandwiches are excellent, and the burgers are excellent. There's something for everyone.

The sandwich was delicious, but unfortunately, one thing I can't stand is the very strong air conditioning, especially when eating and when it's not so hot! A real waste and a lack of concern for the environment. We pointed this out, especially because everyone else was visibly cold and covered up like us. This isn't a criticism, but rather a reflection on how to improve.

We were craving a different kind of evening, so we went to this place. We ordered fried battered vegetables, polenta with cheese, fried polenta cubes with gorgonzola fondue, and a tartare. The fried foods were very well executed, crispy and dry, the tartare was high-quality, and the polenta terrine was delicious. The only downside was the service: a 20-minute wait to order. We're relaxed and laid-back people, so the wait wasn't a problem, but some might find the wait a bit excessive for this type of restaurant.

The Paddock is always a safe bet. I've been there a dozen times now, and it's never disappointed. The burger (and other) menu is very varied, and you can create custom burgers by choosing individual ingredients. For the lazy ones, there are also pre-made options. I have to admit, the fries are excellent, too. It's usually crowded, so I recommend booking in advance. Service can be a bit slow, especially on weekends or in high season, but it's worth it! The casual, rock-n-roll vibe of the place creates a truly great atmosphere.

The food was really good, and the wait was a bit long. As for the desserts and coffee, we didn't particularly enjoy them. I'd advise against choosing the churros from the menu, as out of six people there, we all found them to be really bad (they tasted too much like oil). After reporting this to a waitress and sending them back, we were told that "that's how they make them." It would have been a nice gesture not to leave them on the bill, since they were truly inedible, but instead we were charged for them. Overall, the experience was positive, but I feel like I have to point out this negative aspect too!

For me, paddock burgers are an institution in Brescia.
The quality of the meat is unquestionable, and the choice of ingredients with which to enrich the sandwiches truly satisfies all tastes.
The venue is furnished with great style and personality.

Locale molto particolare e, per chi ama le moto, direi perfetto. Per chi non ama questo mondo, questo locale è comunque ottimo perché serve cibo buonissimo!!!! Bella l’idea di comporre in maniera autonoma il panino che si desidera scegliendo ogni ingrediente: dal pane, alle salse e condimenti vari. Carne di alta qualità. Peccato che abbiamo potuto stare seduti solo un’ora e mezza (comunicatoci durante la prenotazione) perché poi il tavolo era occupato da altra gente.
