The Paddok restaurant in Iseo is a must-try experience, especially if you're a motorcycle enthusiast or simply looking for a place with a bold and original character. The decor is coherent and evocative: a creative mix of industrial elements and mechanical parts reminiscent of workshops and garages, perfectly in tune with the biker spirit that permeates the atmosphere.
The menu is the real highlight: a long list of ingredients with which you can build your own custom burger, making every visit a different experience. Personally, I preferred to rely on the kitchen, giving carte blanche to those who create the burgers every day. A winning choice: the burger I received was generous, flavorful, and well-balanced. This isn't just any burger, but a complete meal sandwiched between two slices of bread.
The service isn't the fastest, but that's not the point. You're not at a fast food restaurant, and the wait is more than worth it with the quality and quantity of the food. It's a place where you can sit down to enjoy a leisurely meal, chatting with friends and savoring every bite.
The price, considering the size of the sandwich, the originality of the place, and its location in a tourist destination like Iseo, is fair. The chef-created burger costs 20 euros, but it's worth every penny. There are also some desserts and restaurant-style dishes for those looking for an alternative.
Reservations are almost mandatory: the restaurant is popular, confirming the good reputation it has built.

TOP food, burgers among the best.
Good service (especially the customization of the sandwiches), but wait times are a bit long and reservations are required for 1:30-hour slots (sufficient time, even if the service is slow).
Clean environment, but nothing special aesthetically.

After years, we returned to this place for dinner. The quality is truly top-notch, but so are the prices!
A very sore point that really bothered me: I ordered a dish for my 5-year-old daughter. These were mini-cutlets, delivered in a jar. They cost €8, exactly the same as a serving dish.
You understand that, since they were fried/cooked on the spot, they were hot, so I had to cut them into smaller pieces. Since there was a paper placemat, I politely asked for a plate. Which... I only realized after getting the receipt that I had paid €0.20.
Really?!?
I understand a cheapskate who, just to save money, would buy a plate and split it in two, but I, who ordered three dishes (like the other diners), should avoid making such a fool of myself (even though the price of an empty plate is listed as €0.20).
You don't get rich or poor, but believe me, you gain reputation.
A fall in style.
Next time, as I anticipated, I'll bring a plastic plate from home to avoid any further discussion... if there ever is a next time.

The Paddock is easy to find. The place is simple, perhaps a little dark inside.
The sandwiches are excellent, and the burgers are excellent. There's something for everyone.

The sandwich was delicious, but unfortunately, one thing I can't stand is the very strong air conditioning, especially when eating and when it's not so hot! A real waste and a lack of concern for the environment. We pointed this out, especially because everyone else was visibly cold and covered up like us. This isn't a criticism, but rather a reflection on how to improve.

We were craving a different kind of evening, so we went to this place. We ordered fried battered vegetables, polenta with cheese, fried polenta cubes with gorgonzola fondue, and a tartare. The fried foods were very well executed, crispy and dry, the tartare was high-quality, and the polenta terrine was delicious. The only downside was the service: a 20-minute wait to order. We're relaxed and laid-back people, so the wait wasn't a problem, but some might find the wait a bit excessive for this type of restaurant.

Locale molto particolare e, per chi ama le moto, direi perfetto. Per chi non ama questo mondo, questo locale è comunque ottimo perché serve cibo buonissimo!!!! Bella l’idea di comporre in maniera autonoma il panino che si desidera scegliendo ogni ingrediente: dal pane, alle salse e condimenti vari. Carne di alta qualità. Peccato che abbiamo potuto stare seduti solo un’ora e mezza (comunicatoci durante la prenotazione) perché poi il tavolo era occupato da altra gente.
