Last night I went to Pacinotti's. As usual, I thought I'd find gluten-free dishes that I wasn't entirely satisfied with, but this restaurant is a real find for celiacs. The gluten-free pizza was truly delicious, with a light and flavorful crust. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for gluten-free pizza in Palermo!

The quality of the products was very good, the dishes satisfying. The only significant negative was the service. Not because of the helpfulness and kindness of the girl serving the tables, of course, but because, with several tables packed with people, there was only one person taking orders and only one person serving the food. Sitting down at a table around 1:20-30 PM and starting to eat an hour later isn't exactly fair. It's no coincidence that the last people to arrive at the tables were warned that they'd have to wait at least 40-45 minutes after their order was taken. I think that when you have strong points like the famous pistachio sauce and other dishes, you shouldn't compromise on the service. The girl today was running like a top trying to accommodate our customers' requests, and she was never rude or lost her smile. Staff like that deserve only compliments. I hope the owner realizes that slipping up on service like this is a real shame. As a loyal customer, I don't think the problem is in the kitchen or the waiters, but in the organization and the lack of staff.

We've been customers since before the renovation. We've known the quality of the food, which has stood out for decades, but the staff is increasingly fewer than the tables and customers. I find it unacceptable and inhumane to leave only one person taking orders! The owner should only praise and reward Alessio, who truly goes above and beyond his duty, tirelessly... My advice is: either hire more people or change ordering methods. Nowadays, with the technology we have, you can't have someone literally dying while working, and customers obviously waiting and getting frustrated, not to mention the children who obviously not only lose their patience but also their appetites.

Top spot! It's located on the fortieth floor, near Liverpool Street, open 24 hours a day. You go up in a breathtaking glass elevator. It has a unique view of London, good food, and a very well-kept venue.

The pkstacchio pasta and pizzas arej amazing. The location is not the best but very easy to park around so really convenient. Very friendly staff

Locale consigliatissimo, menù originale e innovativo. Il posto ideale dove passare una bella serata in buona compagnia e gustare del cibo ottimo e di qualità.

Salve prima di tutto io guardo il servizio e nn c'è altro da dire che sono tutti professionisti,il cibo ottimo, infine non si paga molto per quello che ho mangiato e non solo il ragazzo così gentile della cassa ci ha fatto anche lo sconto... Locale super pulito.
