After a few years, I returned to Bologna and was delighted to return to this restaurant for some excellent tagliatelle with ragù and some excellent crostini.

The service was pleasant and quick, the food is difficult to judge in just a few courses, let's say that I ate the petroniana with gusto, the tigelle were good but as they are eaten almost everywhere, the cheesecake was disappointing. Excellent choice of wines. Like every typical city tavern, you eat and spend, especially on drinks.

I returned to this place after many years and came away with a different idea from the memory I had. Ordinary dishes, unjustifiable value for money, staff with a cold and hasty manner, except for the very kind gentleman who serves the tables. If we add the difficulty of finding parking in the area and the fact that an hour before closing they started putting chairs on the tables...

Excellent typical Bolognese tavern. Imperfect in appearance - as the taverns of the past were with mismatched chairs and old tables, different floors from room to room - but it is precisely the imperfections that make that place real, so entering that atmosphere is like taking a dive into the past. I have been several times and always left satisfied and full because the temptations are countless and change from season to season. Highly recommended

Osteria on the outskirts of Bologna with a large choice of excellent wines and equally good typical dishes. Special tortellini in broth! Very fast service and good value for money. Parking is not easy to find nearby given the residential area where the restaurant is located, but it is worth finding parking as it is worth it!
