Osteria Via Leopardi In Recanati

We stumbled upon this magnificent tavern by chance during a class trip. We had a great time especially despite the hour the staff welcomed us with open arms. As for the food, one word Delicious. I highly recommend going there if you pass through the Marche.

Beautiful Osteria in the heart of Recanati....not a very extensive menu..but of high quality combined with the courtesy of the staff...excellent choice of wines...medium-high prices but they justify the quality of the product...try it.. .you will be satisfied....9

Sought after location. Excellent cuisine especially the starters, some dishes that are a bit simple and not very tasty are worth reviewing. Another strong point are the very good desserts.

All excellent, I recommend "the onion within the onion"

Excellent dinner. Friendly and helpful service, nice and warm location. Dinner for two people and we took: 2 appetizers (in photo): - onion in the onion (highly recommended, it is a strong dish of the house) - porcini mushroom flan on a bed of lentils (excellent) 1 first course: passatelli (absolutely revisited, not made with the original recipe) with cod and porcini mushrooms on chickpea cream, a perfectly balanced dish especially thanks to the very light note of lemon peel within the pasta. 1 second course: pork fillet on parmigiana, abundant dish, tender and tasty meat, aubergine cooked very well, excellent! 1 dessert: lemon cream tart with strawberry (delicious) and the chef's two choices (tastings that always accompany the dessert that the customer chooses) which however did not excite us... two glasses of red wine (tear of morro), 3 bottles of water and 2 coffees: total price 48.50 euros each (including place settings). In my opinion, a couple of euros could be removed from the price of some dishes (for example the onion within the onion, given that the dish has quite "poor" ingredients), but a fair bill for the quality of the ingredients, the attention in the presentation of the dishes and the very correct execution technique of the same. I will absolutely come back!

Beautiful place, excellent food and kindness!

Working in the area I like to stop here every now and then for lunch. A stone's throw from Casa Leopardi, a very nice and welcoming place with some seats outside in the summer, it offers very courteous service and really well-cooked dishes as well as a well-stocked cellar...I recommend without a doubt.

Very tasty dinners and desserts, great service. We are grateful that we could rest and satisfy our senses in a romantic, colorful place like Osteria – My husband and I thank you.

In pieno centro storico di Recanati, è molto accogliente, il cibo servito è di ottima qualità, tempi d'attesa normali, serviti da un ragazzo espansivo, molto espansivo, un po' troppo espansivo. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità. Sicuramente consigliabile, ma non ci hanno rilasciato la ricevuta fiscale approfittando del fatto che abbiamo pagato in contanti. Questo spiega il voto.

Il posto si presenta molto bene, bello difronte alla famosa casa di Leopardi. Si consumano piatti tipici: solo carne, prezzi giusti e porzioni abbondanti. Si tratta di un locale a gestione familiare. Servizio abbastanza celere.
