Osteria Trattoria PerBacco In Verona

We were at Osteria Perbacco and we're back. A welcoming atmosphere, the young owner and all the staff are kind, competent, and professional. High-quality, carefully prepared dishes from our local area. Careful attention is paid not only to the authenticity of the products used but also to sustainability, with young and attentive producers. The wine is excellent, and I'd say the value for money is very good. At Osteria Perbacco by Raise, you don't just eat, you have a complete experience. We'll be back again and recommend it to anyone in Verona who wants to try something different. Thanks guys.

We ate on the terrace, sheltered from the sun. The waitress was really friendly and attentive. The meal was really, really good. I recommend this restaurant, located away from the city center. The best we had during our Italian stay. I highly recommend it.

Compared to the previous management, the place is definitely more elegant. The two young managers are very kind and professional, but I feel the osteria's essence has been lost. I'm giving it 3 stars because the prices are absolutely excessive for the variety and, especially, the "size" of the dishes.

I don't think it's fair that this restaurant has 4.5 stars due to the nearly 350 reviews left over the years at its previous restaurant. Sly guys…

The place has undergone a nice change. Fresh, clean and tidy. The outside is very very nice. The owner and the girl who served us are young, good and very kind. There is an air of innovation even in the dishes (for this reason I don't find the term tavern appropriate). The quality of the raw materials is very high and you can taste it, despite this the dishes we ate didn't hit the mark... probably we didn't understand the idea or maybe we were thinking of something different. For this reason you deserve 5 stars anyway. Well done guys ❤️

I just went to the recently renovated and reopened Perbacco The menu is structured in three different price options or you can choose à la carte All the dishes have harmonies of original and particular flavors We chose spaghetti with sardines and fennel butter, pasta tadpoles with garden vegetables and pork belly with mashed potatoes, watermelon with yogurt, artisanal grappa ice cream, meringue with basil cream and peaches, and finally an aniseed distillate. All really good and special! Excellent service too Highly recommended!

Uno de esos pequeños restaurantes locales en los que sueñas deambular. No teníamos expectativas, simplemente resultó ser al lado de donde nos alojamos, pero chico tuvimos suerte. Maravillosa comida, vino muy asequible, y un servicio increíble. De todos los lugares que comimos en Verona, este es uno de los dos a los que no dudaríamos en volver.
