Beautiful place to spend lunch or dinner! Very refined, welcoming atmosphere, very qualified staff, excellent gourmet food. Very green trees, meadows, plants, flowers. I recommend it, go!

Everything was impeccable, from the welcome from Chiara and Luigi, to the visit in two languages ​​and the lunch with tasting of 4 wines (worth all the money spent and even more). Spectacular, I can't wait to go back!

Good food but rather poor service

Our wine tasting experience was fantastic! Chiara was an amazing host, very knowledgeable and welcoming (and tolerant of our restless toddler). We toured the winery and tasted four delicious wines paired with a tasting plate, learning about the wine making process along the way. Really great value and an all around wonderful afternoon. Highly recommend visiting this little oasis at the base of Etna.

Yesterday at Cantine Nicosia we celebrated Giorgio's graduation...everything met our expectations... A cena con amici in una cornice unica nel suo genere. Eccellenti piatti proposti dallo Chef Baudo in carta, che riportano a tavola i sapori della cucina del territorio. L' antrè raccontata dallo Chef ti riporta indietro nel tempo facendoti ritornare bambino. Ottimo il finto arancino, la pasta fresca di loro produzione al ragù bianco di maialino eccellente. La vera sorpresa ? Un fresco tartufo nero, fuori menù, che esalta il piatto a dismisura. La pasta con i taddi, buccia d' arancia e bottarga di Muggine una vera genialata. I secondi di carne sono fantasiosi, ricchi di sapore e di livello, abbiamo preso un pollo alla senape, lime e mango, e un maialino dal cuore caldo al pistacchio. Piatti da ristorante stellato. La bollicina Sosta tre Santi si sposa bene con i piatti proposti. Servizio di sala non al passo con la cucina, da migliorare. Consigliatissimo
