I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago with my husband and children, during our stay in Italy after coming from London, and it was a beautiful evening. The place is absolutely charming: everything was perfect, from the atmosphere to the service. The staff were all kind and highly professional. A special mention goes to the waiter Francesco , who served each dish with detailed explanations, always delivered with genuine kindness and expertise. He regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well, and his warm personality brought great conversation and laughter to our table. I truly hope to return one day to relive such a wonderful experience!

For me, Cantine Nicosia is the epitome of organizational excellence. Whether it's a wedding, a themed dinner, or an event like Cantine Aperte or Bolle in Vigna, no small detail is left to chance. The atmosphere is always cheerful and family-friendly, thanks to a staff that clearly cares about the company they work for. The synergy between everyone makes every event a must-see on this side of Etna. Collaborations with other restaurants and chefs, Slow Food, and the sommelier association ensure that guests find diversity and always enjoy enticing and unexpected experiences.

The location is stunning, surrounded by greenery and in a well-kept, orderly, and clean environment, a perfect blend of elegance and authenticity. The on-site shop, where we purchased several wines, is equally impeccable: the atmosphere is refined, well-organized, and features a wide selection of products. The selection is vast, with labels to suit all tastes, from fresh whites to full-bodied reds, not to mention a rich selection of sparkling wines and dessert wines, ideal for any occasion. Special thanks go to Pamela, who welcomed us with great professionalism and kindness. She was attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable, guiding us with enthusiasm and passion in our wine selection. Her advice was invaluable and allowed us to discover products that proved to be excellent. I highly recommend a visit, both for the quality of the wines and for the hospitality and beauty of the location. We will definitely be back!

Una bella location ben organizzata. Si presenta con un entrata piena di attrezzi per fare il vino mosto ecc. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. La pera buonissima con la ricotta fresca. La pasta era ben cotta un po' salata ma buona casareccia. Il dolce è buono La crema fresca e la sfoglia Croccante al punto giusto. Ottimo lo staff ben preparato. Buoni i prezzi

Come ripromessoci, ci siamo tornati. Questa volta con amici e non possiamo che ribadire l’ottimo giudizio espresso nel settembre 2024, segno che l’eccellente impressione della cena precedente non era dovuta a un’estemporanea circostanza ma frutto di una qualità veramente notevole e costante nel tempo. Antipasti: carciofo ammuddicato e finto arancino; Primi: Maccheroncini al sugo di maialino e Casarecce ai cuori di carciofo; Dessert: cannolo di ricotta e cheesecake ai frutti di bosco; Vino: naturalmente, delle cantine Nicosia (Passuluna rosso). Tutto eccellente sia per ingredienti che per fattura. Location molto gradevole e servizio attento ed empatico. Qualità/prezzo: molto buono. Insomma: ci siamo tornati la seconda volta e, visto il risultato, ci torneremo ancora.
