Everything is as beautiful as it is artificial. I have visited various wineries but never one with enclosure walls and no grape varieties on site.
The wine shop is very nice, clean and well looked after.
Beautiful restaurant to look at, friendly and knowledgeable staff, for the dishes and perhaps to be reviewed more calmly. Not very satisfied.

Honestly can’t recommend this winery anymore. Such a great experience. The wines were fantastic and the food delicious, as well as gorgeous grounds. Best of all was all of the staff, especially Chiara, so lovely and knowledgeable during our tour. Ended up leaving with a few bottles even.

I highly recommend it as we celebrated a graduation a few weeks ago, and received compliments from all the guests, extraordinary hospitality, a place suitable for those looking for rustic and characteristic environments but with a touch of elegance, professionalism and friendliness and care of everything. But the biggest review goes to the chef Salvo Baudo..... Extraordinary dishes, with attention to detail, excellent in his cuisine, impeccable harmony between tradition and contemporaneity. In addition to being an excellent advisor in choosing the dishes. Obviously an experience to be repeated, but I already know that some guests have returned to stay

Beautiful place, interior and exterior.
Very kind and professional staff and Chiara, the sommelier, fantastic.
Very good wine.
But...
I am vegan and I booked the day before, they told me that there would be a fixed menu with wine tasting (€50) and they told me that there was no problem with the vegan menu.
My lunch was:
- appetizer: caponata
- first course: pumpkin puree
- second course: broccoli-type vegetables
- sweet: mandarin frost.
It was all very good, I couldn't fault the quality of the food.
But... it seemed like an improvised menu, made without any commitment, with what they found in front of them and certainly not a menu to charge €50.
The pumpkin puree was pureed cooked pumpkin, I think without any seasoning, which I like! but I wonder why they didn't make me some pasta seasoned with that puree (among other things, pasta was present in the standard menu). Or, why didn't they put some toasted breadcrumbs on top, perhaps sautéed in a pan with some garlic, mint...
And then, I also wonder why to my second course, made only of vegetables (see photo), they didn't add, I don't know, two baked potatoes or mushrooms... (mushrooms were in the second of the "normal" meals).
Very little was enough to do much more and leave a customer satisfied, instead of making him feel a little cheated.
I was disappointed, not only because it is a place that I liked and to which I would gladly return, but because I had communicated it before and if, despite knowing it beforehand, in a restaurant of this standard, they managed to do only this...
It was enough to say, "we are not equipped for vegans".
However, my review is 3 stars and not 1, because otherwise, it is a wonderful place.

Fantastic experience! 🍷🔝
We visited the cellar and tasted it... There are no words to describe the atmosphere you experience as soon as you enter Cantine Nicosia. Every detail is taken care of with the aim of welcoming and pampering you. Chiara showed us and explained the cellar and the winemaking process to us impeccably. The food and wine tasting was unique and of high quality!

Una bella location ben organizzata. Si presenta con un entrata piena di attrezzi per fare il vino mosto ecc. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. La pera buonissima con la ricotta fresca. La pasta era ben cotta un po' salata ma buona casareccia.
Il dolce è buono La crema fresca e la sfoglia Croccante al punto giusto. Ottimo lo staff ben preparato. Buoni i prezzi

Come ripromessoci, ci siamo tornati. Questa volta con amici e non possiamo che ribadire l’ottimo giudizio espresso nel settembre 2024, segno che l’eccellente impressione della cena precedente non era dovuta a un’estemporanea circostanza ma frutto di una qualità veramente notevole e costante nel tempo. Antipasti: carciofo ammuddicato e finto arancino; Primi: Maccheroncini al sugo di maialino e Casarecce ai cuori di carciofo; Dessert: cannolo di ricotta e cheesecake ai frutti di bosco; Vino: naturalmente, delle cantine Nicosia (Passuluna rosso). Tutto eccellente sia per ingredienti che per fattura. Location molto gradevole e servizio attento ed empatico. Qualità/prezzo: molto buono. Insomma: ci siamo tornati la seconda volta e, visto il risultato, ci torneremo ancora.
