I had the pleasure of dining at Cantine Nicosia and was extremely satisfied. The food is simply extraordinary: each dish is a perfect balance of flavours, prepared with the freshest ingredients and great attention to detail. You can clearly perceive the passion and Sicilian culinary tradition that characterizes each course. The service was impeccable, and here I would like to make a special mention for Elisa, a truly exceptional waitress. His professionalism, friendliness and attention to customers made the experience even more pleasant. It is rare to find a person so attentive to detail and capable of making guests feel pampered from start to finish.

Highly recommend! We showed up before noon on a Tuesday thinking they closed soon, but they were just opening. The staff (Andrea) were extremely polite and accommodating. Our party consisted of 6, 2 adults and 4 children 6 and under, everyone had a great time. My children were fascinated with the tour and Andrea was patient and answered every question inquisitive children might have. By far some of the best wine and food I’ve had in Sicily.

A cena con amici in una cornice unica nel suo genere. Eccellenti piatti proposti dallo Chef Baudo in carta, che riportano a tavola i sapori della cucina del territorio. L' antrè raccontata dallo Chef ti riporta indietro nel tempo facendoti ritornare bambino. Ottimo il finto arancino, la pasta fresca di loro produzione al ragù bianco di maialino eccellente. La vera sorpresa ? Un fresco tartufo nero, fuori menù, che esalta il piatto a dismisura. La pasta con i taddi, buccia d' arancia e bottarga di Muggine una vera genialata. I secondi di carne sono fantasiosi, ricchi di sapore e di livello, abbiamo preso un pollo alla senape, lime e mango, e un maialino dal cuore caldo al pistacchio. Piatti da ristorante stellato. La bollicina Sosta tre Santi si sposa bene con i piatti proposti. Servizio di sala non al passo con la cucina, da migliorare. Consigliatissimo
