One of FVG's hidden gems, an enchanting location with breathtaking views. The staff manage to strike a balance between being profession and friendly, and seemingly effortlessly make you feel at home. The kitchen certainly has started to exceed expectations, living up to the location. Top quality local ingredients are blended with flavor and creativity. Listen out for the off the menu specials, more often than not they're a must try!

A truly charming place under new management! Excellent food at fair prices. The atmosphere is still welcoming and family-friendly, as our old, beloved staff—Adri, Stefy, and Ermanno—has remained unchanged, along with a new, super-professional guy! I also recommend it for aperitifs or parties: the location is truly top-notch, definitely worth a try!

I went there last night for the first time for dinner with former colleagues. The place was charming, the waiter was very friendly and approachable, and the food and wine were of high quality. I don't often leave reviews, but this one deserved it. I took one star off the food because I didn't find any vegan options, and even though I'm not vegan, I'd appreciate more attention to those who, by choice or necessity, want to eat more plant-based.

Despite reading negative reviews, I'm like Thomas Aquinas and wanted to try it myself. The food was excellent: perfectly cooked rice with vegetables, soft and creamy potato gnocchi with gorgonzola, chicken strips that weren't dried out from overcooking or undercooked, but were flavored with artichokes and speck, the goulash was perfect, the meat melted in your mouth, and... there were potatoes (often served without), the service was excellent, the girls were kind, fast, and friendly, the bill was fair, it's considered an osteria, but it could easily be a full-fledged restaurant. It's worth a try, but everyone can draw their own conclusions. For me, TOP!!!!

It feels like being inside a magical place, although I would remove the multi-colored lights, as they take away the simplicity and therefore the nature of the beauty. Furthermore, the food is good and the value for money is excellent.

Dinner for two, a charming place, and in the summer (weather permitting), eating outside is even more charming. Excellent food, generous portions, and a thoughtful, not-in-exhaustive wine list. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive, with a quick joke if needed (which is always helpful). New management gives us hope for the future; I'll definitely be back.

I finally returned to Ronc for an aperitivo, and I must say the new management has done a fantastic job. They've successfully renovated the space, making it more refined and welcoming, without compromising its character. Ronc has retained its strong point: the wonderful panoramic view, that feeling of being immersed in nature that I've always loved. I found the staff to be very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. We'll be back soon. Bravo!

A restaurant in a charming location, where you can dine in the charming garden, surrounded by a canopy of leaves and candles. Welcome without a reservation and served very quickly. I had an excellent tagliata steak, cooked rare as expected, accompanied by courtesy, smiles, and a Pinot Noir on tap. A side of firm, sweet potatoes, not stringy, was served. For dessert, a perfectly made rum cream and a superb zabaglione served with a crunchy crust. The price is in line with other restaurants. Ample parking is available on site.
