I discovered this osteria through friends, and I must say I was truly amazed and more than satisfied. It's been a long time since I've found an osteria that serves traditional Calabrian cuisine. The appetizer is delicious and generous, with ten courses, each one better than the last... First courses, second courses, and everything else is truly delicious. The cuisine is traditional, delicious, and made with locally sourced, homemade ingredients. For example, the bread they serve is baked in their own wood-fired oven, as are many other products (eggplant in oil, caramelized onions, traditional cured meats, etc.). The price is excellent for the quality of the products and the excellent service. The staff is very friendly, and the chef, who also runs the place, is truly a good person, and you can tell she runs this business with heart and passion. A truly unique experience, one I'll repeat. This restaurant was found by chance while searching the area, a truly pleasant surprise! Hospitality, kindness, and a homely feel pervade every dish. A warm and welcoming location.
