I had the pleasure of trying Brescian tripe, a typical dish that fully met expectations, and a tender and tasty foal steak, prepared with meat from a local butcher, a sign of special attention to quality and territory . As an aperitif, a glass of Incrocio Manzoni proved to be a perfect accompaniment, thanks to its balanced notes that prepared the palate for the subsequent courses. A memorable meeting was the one with Mrs. Anna, one of the sisters who run the place. His hospitality and passion are reflected in every detail of the service and environment, making the experience even more special. I can't wait to return to try their pizza, renowned for being thin and crunchy, and appreciate the gluten-free and wholemeal pasta option, a choice that demonstrates attention to the needs of all customers.
