Poco dopo l'apertura di questo ristorante avevo pranzato ed ero rimasto molto contento. Ora, a distanza di 10 anni, mi ritrovo a confermare quanto avevo scritto in precedenza: ottimi piatti ben cucinati, bell'ambiente e personale gentile. Inoltre, avendo ora un sommelier, la scelta dei vini è veramente valida e la carta del dessert è migliorata parecchio grazie al pastry chef. Qui mi sento a casa e faccio un tuffo nelle Eolie che ho conosciuto proprio grazie alla famiglia De Salvatore. Sicuramente da consigliare.
