Renovated and very nice environment but food not excellent and with small courses, ravioli with castelmagno which didn't taste much of castelmagno, roast pork good but side dish of courgettes and potatoes which was reviewable also because the potatoes were still raw and service not the best in terms of friendliness.

Completely renovated place where Belsito once stood. Very welcoming, clean, well-kept. What was missing was such a well organized pizza restaurant. Also in the same structure there is a hotel. The Primrose.

New, warm and welcoming place just like staying in a cabin.
Not all of the staff were welcoming and unsmiling with people, especially since it was Christmas Day and they would have liked it, but for everything else they were satisfied.
The food was quite good, although a little short in portions.
I recommend making a reservation because it is always full

É stata una bella scoperta...frequentiamo spesso la valle Stura ma non conoscevamo il locale.
Ottima location, servizio impeccabile e cortese, piatti tipici gustosi e curati.

Christmas lunch. Very nice and recently renovated place. Staff not very kind and happy to be there. (I understand it was Christmas) good but not excellent lunch. I expected more, but I want to return on a normal day

The new place is very beautiful, elegant and spacious! My husband and I had a great time and ate an excellent pizza! That same evening we booked to return with friends! Must try!

Il menù del giorno proponeva interessanti piatti di pesce, ma venendo noi da Genova abbiamo preferito optare per le specialità piemontesi. Abbiamo assaggiato il vitello tonnato della casa, i raviolini del plin e la guancetta brasata, tutto ottimo, piatti in linea con la tradizione ma resi particolarmente raffinati dal tocco sapiente dello chef (che ha un segreto circa la preparazione del vitello tonnato, se volete conoscerlo non vi resta che andare a mangiare nel suo ristorante ;-) ). Un encomio infine per la cortesia dei titolari, che in seguito ad un piccolo incidente capitatoci si sono fatti in quattro per aiutarci.
