Spent two days in Gambassi Terme and had two delicious meals there. A lovely, atmospheric restaurant with a fantastic chef and pizza maker. We didn't make reservations either time, but luckily we were able to find a table. Both times, it was busy with both locals and tourists. Perhaps there could have been a few more waiters, but the wait wasn't unpleasant and wasn't too long. The menu is delicious and diverse, and definitely not expensive.

A prime example of a restaurant seemingly ruined by its own success... on a weekday evening, the owner was serving with just one other person, but he let the place fill up completely. The result: angry customers who had to wait too long for their food, dissatisfied customers because the food wasn't good, customers who walked away laughing because they thought it was a joke, and a grumpy owner who couldn't devote any time or attention to his customers. The food is okay. The wild boar sauce was incredibly salty. The location is nice, and the seating is beautiful and relaxing.

The best Pappardella al Cinghiale I've ever eaten! Thin but full-bodied, well-seasoned, and the sauce is fabulous!!!! The house red wine is also excellent! 🍷A fabulous menu, you're spoiled for choice. Super friendly and efficient service 😊. Well done!

A favorite place! The food is delicious, whatever you choose (the pizza never leaves you thirsty or heavy at night). The service, like the place, is cheerful and friendly, and the prices are a bit out of date. I eat there often because they have a varied menu, and it never gets boring. I repeat: a favorite place!

One of the best dinners we've enjoyed recently. We ordered pappardelle with meat and ossobuco, which were simply spectacular; probably the best we've ever tasted. For dessert, Grandma's cake was the perfect finishing touch: homemade, delicious, and incredibly flavorful. The house wine also surprised us with its quality and excellent price. Definitely a place worth visiting... and repeating.

The food was excellent—delicious and beautifully presented. However, the service was exceptionally poor.
The appetizer was named after the restaurant, but we didn’t get any bread with it, and no one asked if we wanted some.
We ordered four main course, they arrived separately; the first person was finished by the time the third meal came out.
During dinner, it was difficult to get the attention of the waiters, as they seemed to avoid making eye contact with us. This made us feel somewhat overlooked
While the food is great, be prepared for terrible service.
