📍 Location: Osteria Pinchiorba is located in Gambassi Terme, in a quiet area immersed in the Tuscan countryside. The restaurant is easy to reach and is a perfect stop for those traveling between villages and hills. 🛋️ Atmosphere: The environment is simple, rustic and authentic, with a family atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. When the staff learned that we were Neapolitans, they put on music by Pino Daniele in the background: a spontaneous and truly appreciated gesture, which made the experience even more pleasant. 👨‍🍳 Service: Warm and genuine welcome. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful, and at the end of the meal they offered us amari, a detail that tells of true hospitality. 🍽️ Food: True Tuscan cuisine, with local raw materials and dishes prepared with care. - As an appetizer we enjoyed a tongue carpaccio in green sauce. - To follow, homemade gnudi with Cinta Senese ragù. All accompanied by water and a bottle of wine. 💰 Price: €25 per person. A fair price, perfectly in line with the quality of the food, the kindness of the service and the overall experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating: 5 stars out of 5. The cuisine is simple, but the courtesy and humanity of the staff really made the difference, deserving an extra star. A sincere tavern, where you spend the right amount and feel welcomed. If you pass by Gambassi Terme, it is absolutely worth the stop.

Highly recommend the anchovies antipasti and pesto mare pasta. The restaurant was also very accommodating to my vegetarian friend. Service was a little slow but we were there on a Sunday night and they were one of the only restaurants opened, so that could be it.

Characteristic place in the historic center of Gambassi. Everything excellent and with a fair price. Impeccable service cheered by the friendliness of the staff. Spaghetti with octopus sauce divine!

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel at home straight away. The menu offers a rich selection of typical local cuisine, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients with well-balanced flavors and an attractive presentation. Furthermore, the wine list is very well curated, with excellent options that pair perfectly with the dishes offered. Quality of service and food. Cenone di Capodanno con un menu fisso che ci ha davvero sorpresi in positivo: tutte le portate erano buonissime e abbondanti, dall’antipasto ai dolci (vorrei davvero menzionarne uno in particolare ma era tutto squisito, dal tortino di castagne, al ragù bianco, alla lasagnetta, al cinghiale che si scioglieva in bocca…), prezzo ottimo, personale gentile e simpatico, tempi calcolati alla perfezione rispetto alla mezzanotte… complimenti davvero, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a casa!

Fantastici!!! Cenato da loro per due volte. Il meglio l'abbiamo avuto per il cenone di San Silvestro, dagli antipasti ai primi ai secondi sia di terra che di mare con una qualità e presentazione ottima. Il prezzo imbattibile € 50,00 tutto compreso. Una menzione speciale all' insalata di seppie carciofi e lenticchie rosse. Delicatissima Servizio veloce e perfetto e personale accogliente e simpatico. Tornerei sicuramente.
