A small restaurant in the Piazza di San Frediano, with friendly and fast service. There's only outdoor seating, with a small veranda for inclement weather. Reasonable prices. Typical Tuscan food, especially for Lucca Comics. I recommend it!

A very cozy location, next to a beautiful church. Very friendly service, who take excellent care of their guests. Delicious food. We felt very comfortable in this small osteria.

The appetizers are good but nothing exceptional, and the savory appetizers are very good, like the tomato bruschetta. The waiters are friendly. The prices are average. The bathroom needs updating.

Small restaurant in the historic center of beautiful Lucca. Menu that winks at the tourist with typical proposals and other more generic ones, but overall the products are of good quality and it is possible to taste excellent cutting boards and crostoni. It is located in a quiet and pedestrian area. Less crowded than Piazza dell'Anfiteatro

14/09/2025: We went for an aperitif and were very satisfied with the super staff.
09/08/2025: We just stopped here for a drink on a Thursday evening. Considering the bar's location right on the main square, the prices are really good, and the atmosphere is, of course, a 10/10. Everything was absolutely pleasant, and the restrooms were also very clean. So if you want a drink and enjoy people-watching, feel free to go here.

16/09/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant during my work break and was truly surprised. I had ordered a plate of fried cod without much expectation, but what arrived was a true triumph of flavor and abundance. In addition to the crispy, flavorful cod, there were beans, fresh salad, and spectacular caramelized onions, which alone were worth the trip. A rich, varied dish, with attention to detail, which conveys passion and attention to detail in the kitchen. I truly hope to return to Viareggio soon for another lunch like this!
10/08/2025: The food was really good and it felt very local and traditional. The cutlery was a bit dirty but they changed it immediately when we pointed it out. I didn’t feel scammed at all like the some other restaurants in Viareggio.
