Food was ok but portions were too small. No bread on the table (despite cover charge). No wine tasting prior to serving.

We stopped by chance. Nice surprise. The food is good and they are quick. Only one "discordant" note: one of the table service was not very courteous to those who asked to sit. The place is worth it. Advised!!!

Dear friends, I recently came here as a solo traveller visiting from Pisa on a day trip to Lucca. Thank you for making this trip memorable. Delicious food and friendly people. Next time I come back, I will take my family and friends here!

Excellent location, in a pedestrian and non-chaotic area. The cold cuts and cheese platter is excellent. Small but welcoming place with availability of tables outside.

Restaurant with an outdoor area in a beautiful square in Lucchese's old town, which is also where we sat. The service was friendly and spoke good English, the iced coffee tasted good and wasn't too sweet, unlike most other iced coffees in Italy. The food came very quickly and the portions were quite large. My Papardelle Cinghiale were very good, and at €12.50 the price was completely reasonable. I can recommend a visit here.

It's okay. If there isn't seating across the piazza, at Santa Zita, this is a less interesting substitute. The service was friendly and fast. The crostine were bland; they had canned pears and walnuts straight out of a bag (not candied, not toasted, not salted). I could have put it together, at home, in 2 minutes, using a toaster and a butter knife.... like an afterschool snack, for kids. Most weekend afternoons, there's some sort of plesant, live music. It's in a charming location, though.

06/02/2025: This is a lovely little bistro in the middle of the main Piazza in Pietrasanta. Now usually I don’t go to a place with less than 4 starts in google but this time 4 of my friends had a steak here and they said it was amazing and I was so happy I did. Sometimes you have to lean into your discomfort. I ordered only the steak with a side of spinach, a glass of their homemade house red and finished off a basket of bread socked with olive oil. Also the oil is homemade and if I could I would bathe in it.. I loved it!! And I only eat steak once or twice a year, so I’m so happy that I tried it here. I wish I could comment on the rest of the menu but I went there expressly to taste what my friends were all raving about. One of my friends went there 3 days in a row and ate the steak. Once was enough for me because I don’t have the digestive power I used to have.
31/12/2024: The place is very beautiful, well looked after down to the smallest details! The excellent service, very attentive and thoughtful, the boy who served us was truly excellent, the dishes were excellent, nice place
