In a very simple setting (but with a cloth tablecloth), the menu offers a few courses that vary throughout the weeks. It's mostly fish, but also features a few meat dishes. I go there about once a year and always enjoy the well-prepared dishes, whether it's the traditional fried fish or the chef's more unusual creations. The informal but always friendly waiters make guests feel at ease.

The best meal we've ve had on our Italian trip. The food was divine! We all loved our meals. The service was professional and friendly. Such a shame that we had only found this place the day before we left Italy. It'll be now my place to go to when I'm back in Viareggio.

19/08/2025: I went with my boyfriend one evening for an aperitif and dinner. Aperitif on the terrace overlooking the sea was truly lovely! With two glasses of wine, they served and offered us chips, peanuts, and taralli in small sealed packages, which was very welcome! We went down to the beach restaurant for dinner. The food was excellent. I'd like to leave a very positive comment for the young people who served us: young, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We felt welcomed and will definitely be back!

21/11/2025: Exceptional experience, we went for dinner. The food was excellent. We chose classic pasta dishes like tordelli with ragù for starters, which were delicious; and something different, like paccheri with sausage and goat cheese, which were also delicious. But there were many other dishes on the menu. The main courses were all very good, too: fried lamb cutlets, fried chicken and rabbit, and the beef tartare; side dishes included fried artichokes, chips, and a pioppini mushroom and potato flan. For dessert, we had warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream, peach sorbet, and crème brûlée... all delicious. Generous portions, kind, friendly, and attentive staff... a family atmosphere. ...It was a lovely evening, definitely worth repeating! I highly recommend it!
