Good cuisine, quality products. Prices too expensive even considering the location.

We found ourselves in this tavern by pure chance, we had an exciting culinary experience, with dishes presented with care, use of excellent raw materials, heartfelt compliments to the chef. I highly recommend it.

What about a place where everything is simply perfect? I could only add that this restaurant is located in San Giorgio del Sannio in the province of Benevento city. A place furnished in poor art where you will find people where each course will be presented to you in detail and this is always very welcome when you sit at the table. The dishes both in presentation, plating and flavors are nothing short of sublime. Truly fantastic people who, with their professionalism, turn a simple evening into a unique experience.

I don't think there is a restaurant in Rome where you eat fish this fresh. With Opera Prima you take a leap into the heart of Sicily, with revisited traditional recipes and a selection of excellent wines. There is a wonderful atmosphere in the place, I highly recommend it from every point of view

The restaurant is omnivorous and offers vegetarian options a la carte, but by notifying the presence of vegans when booking, they are happy to adapt the dishes with creativity, to offer a tasty alternative to the classic omnivorous restaurant dish with some ingredients removed ad hoc. This was my vegan menu: Opera Prima starter including a basket of crunchy bread (fresella type) with fresh tomato and Apulian cucumber, natural parmigiana with mint (delicious), battered and fried courgette flower, side dish of friggitelli and tomatoes , mini pumpkin cream soup with pistachio; handmade narrow fusilli with fried courgettes, courgette flowers and basil pesto; Baked artichokes with fresh oregano. From what I understood there was also a sweet option, but I was really too full and didn't have the chance to try! They made me feel very welcomed and happily accommodated in my needs, which is not at all a given in omnivorous places. The price is not particularly low, but the care of the dishes and the quantity of the portions more than justify it. I warmly recommend to anyone in the area!
