We came to Pontremoli for the San Geminiano bonfire and some of our friends took us to dinner at Oca Bianca. I had a divine appetizer of pears, cheese, artichokes and pomegranate with a mustard vinaigrette, not to mention the beef steak with burrata and truffle flakes accompanied by caramelized onions and finally a cake made by them with dark chocolate and pears. I recommend it to everyone to savor simple but refined dishes that are a joy for the palate.

It's nice to discover new places, especially if you are pampered with offers of curious dishes that turn out to be exceptional. The wine is excellent, also served in the classic quarter. Kindness and professionalism finish everything with an absolutely acceptable cost. I will return with friends, certainly

It is clear that the judgment is always subjective but having frequented the place for years, there has been an increase in quality although I have always eaten well. I recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for lunch or dinner on weekends.

06/01/2025: Go and you won't go wrong!! First served in the form of parmesan, exquisite, flavors blended perfectly. Excellent tartare with truffles and excellent meat from Mauro, attentive, attentive service provided by expert people and it can be felt right from the entrance. 4-legged friends are welcome. What can I say...keep it up, we will definitely be back.
30/12/2024: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Last night we went to Ristorante da Mauro with the family and we had a great time! The welcome was warm, with the owner and staff always ready to raise a smile with funny jokes. The service was impeccable. We enjoyed very high quality dishes: the ladies chose the ravioli with meat sauce, while my father-in-law opted for the tonnarelli with bacon and thyme, served in a wheel of pecorino... a truly exceptional experience! I tried the egg cooked at low temperature, perfect, and a delicious tartare. The main course was a grilled fillet, cooked to perfection. We noticed that our neighbors had a spectacular looking Florentine steak, so we will definitely order that next time. Everything was excellent, from the starter to the dessert. Highly recommended!

Abundant breakfasts with local products, dinner with typical dishes enriched with expertly managed flavours, accommodation in rustic Tuscan style with every comfort and a unique and exceptional panorama. A super cast and attention to detail.
