Exceptionally good lasagna with porcini. The rabbit was a bit too dry. The tiramisu was also a bit dry.

good restaurant, very nice candle-lit ambiance. all food was good, I had truffled eggs and pumpkin puree with shrimps. they serve traditional also meat and pasta dishes, all my 5 friends enjoyed what they had. the owner was grumpy: not impolite, but impatient and not smiling. maybe he was just having a bad day. the server was really nice and she took time to explain all the large selection of different local “amari” (bitters and digestives). Price-wise, a bit more expensive than the average local restaurant.

Yesterday, passing through Pontremoli on our way home, we stopped at this place we found by chance. The food was absolutely fabulous, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely!

03/01/2026: Welcoming place, great hospitality. We called late for lunch on a holiday Saturday, and despite the restaurant being packed, they reserved a quiet table for us and provided excellent service. Traditional, quality food, generous portions. Excellent value. Thanks to Lucilla and Norma for their kindness. We'll definitely be back to try the asado this summer!
