Una bella location immersa nel verde della campagna mantovana. Sala da pranzo ampia con tavoli ben distanziati. Il menù è completo incentrato su specialità locali, ben realizzate, grazie anche ad una ricerca maniacale delle migliori materie prime sul territorio. Non mancano comunque proposte originali con inserimenti frequenti in lista. Un particolare cenno di nota va all'eclettico patron Moreno e al suo staff che rendono il servizio particolarmente piacevole. Carta delle birre interessante e completa che rende il gioco dell'abbinamento molto interessante. Ottima anche la proposta dei distillati a fine pasto. Prezzi onesti.

I was lucky enough to get to know the tavern for a private party and I was stunned: the place is very beautiful and quiet, with a large outdoor space and convenient parking; the food was excellent and genuine, as was the drink (the proposal, on that occasion, included beers, one better than the other, all craft, with a very respectable attention to social issues!); finally the service, what can I say... exquisite! All the staff was professional and at the same time friendly and helpful and the host, very knowledgeable about everything (from food, to wines, to beers, even cigars!) is the welcome and sympathy personified! The icing on the cake was the musical group that played live: very pleasant and engaging! In short, it was certainly a private party, but I have no doubt that the spirit, good taste, professionalism and quality do not change from one day to the next, so I am sure that anyone who comes to Osteria Numero 2 will be able to go home more than satisfied and happy, with the desire to return as soon as possible... like me! 😊

Delicious food, super friendly waiter, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Really honest prices for the portions and the goodness of the ingredients. Last but not least it is very convenient if you are on the A22 and want to stop for dinner (it is literally a stone's throw from the Mantua Nord toll booth). We will stop again!
