Place with a 70s atmosphere (in a good way). The menu is small but of excellent quality. The pride of this restaurant is their meat, which is why people travel for kilometers to eat here. The owners and the service are warm.

Overall, dinner this evening was good. The burrata type meat was very tender, excellent. The bison was good but arrived a little burnt. Good tagliatelle with meat sauce. The bill surprised me a little. probably a little high. The last time, about two years ago, however, I remember the food being even better and the price a little lower. All good, mind you, but this ride, a little below my expectations, didn't excite me.

Mamigna picagna but above all the burrata not to mention the first courses which are even better than grandma's. Mouth-watering lasagna, tortelloni and tagliatelle. Impossible to leave without that bad feeling of overflow in your stomach. But how is it done? Okay, I've found my method, I force myself to eat only a first course or only a second course.... Always with side dishes though 😃

La Novella always remains an extraordinary and unique place for those who want to delight in unique and sublime grilled meat, obviously there is no shortage of tagliatelle with ragù, yes tortellini...sublime

In assoluto tra le migliori trattorie dove ho mangiato.
Conosciuta tramite un amico che mi ha invitato a pranzo ho fatto questa gustosa scoperta.La carne squisita, ho mangiato bisonte , “burrata” e una salsiccia artigianale.
Tra le 3 non saprei dire qual è la più buona, ma forse vince la Burrata.
Tagliatella ai porcini illegale gusto fantastico e cotta alla perfezione.
Contorni di patate e carciofi all’altezza di tutto quello citato prima.
Consiglio a tutti di venire a mangiare qui qualità elevatissima ad un buon prezzo e condita anche con la gentile e sorriso del personale

Cibo e vino eccezionale .tagliatelle al ragù strepitose . Patate fritte da favola. Fiorentina cotta alla perfezione e tenerissima . Gelato alla crema con amarene fabbri molto molto buono ah dimenticavo crescente con prosciutto buonissima
