Ambience, hospitality, service, and, of course, the quality of the dishes: in this restaurant, where you sit at wooden tables under 150-year-old vaulted ceilings, you'll rediscover all the pleasure of a truly traditional Piedmontese dinner, from appetizer to dessert. Everything is perfectly paired with the white and red wines from Cantina Ascheri. An experience worth repeating often.

We were enticed by the restaurant's reputation, but in reality, we weren't entirely satisfied.
The restaurant is very beautiful and historic, that's a fact. I believe it's the restaurant's true strength. We dined upstairs; the atmosphere is a bit cold and quiet, dimly lit, a bit too soft and chic; I personally found it a bit dark. There was no background music.
The food was good, but I didn't find the dishes I tried particularly traditional, sophisticated, or flavorful.
We had tagliatelle carbonara with zucchini; I found them tasteless, while the pasta itself was excellent. I wouldn't recommend it, and I wouldn't return for the food.

I had a full menu.
Everything was excellent, with top-quality ingredients.
I will definitely return as soon as possible.
The atmosphere is very well-maintained and welcoming.

The gnocchi are always excellent, but the other dishes are also delicious, probably because there are so few of them. The t-shirt for sale is cute.

If you're in the area, you can't miss this place. Traditional food with a modern twist. The quality is top-notch, the service is professional, and the service is delightful. All the dishes are exceptional. Highly recommended!
