Thinking back the next day, I realize that I ate really well Careful dishes, excellent raw materials, classics of the past revisited in a modern way. Excellent service (a group of guys who want to make you feel good). I took advantage of the discount from The Fork, but what I ate was worth much more than the normal price. Historic place in the center of Cesena that winks at the future. Very good

Place in the center of Cesena, well-made dishes, but no flavor or combination struck me. The guy in the room is competent and knows how to give advice... the girl is probably a beginner. Adequate account.

We ate very well and were accompanied throughout the lunch by music by Guccini and De Andrè. For this reason alone, if I could give 100 stars I would.

Contemporary tavern that has a very strong connection with the territory. If on the one hand we find ourselves within the walls of a historic restaurant - with its giant wooden tables different from each other, a counter that has supported the weight of a myriad of elbows over the years - on the other we find ourselves faced with a menu that is not "carved in stone": it changes, evolves, renews itself by dismantling the classic division between starters, first courses and second courses, giving life to a sort of "path" that is constantly updated, between meat, fish and vegetable proposals. The peculiarity of this place, however, is found in the cellar which, with a huge variety and quantity of labels, gives us an enormous cultural wealth, we should be carried away by the history of each bottle, take a journey around and within the nectar of the gods. . Meanwhile we enjoy some rare and unobtainable bottles scattered throughout the place. We ordered: 🍽️ Entrée: • Brisighella Ghiacciola oil on hot bread: in its simplicity it is a treat that always pleases. The bread used was excellent, it served as a launching pad for this oil. Appetizers: • Onion soup with Comté cheese: warm, smooth and satisfying. The sweetness of the onion, the creaminess of the soup and the melting cheese gave life to a simple but truly noteworthy dish, here the owner's objective of enhancing the ingredients was achieved satisfactorily. First: • Green gnocchi, sage butter and goat cheese foam: good, firm and with an extremely inviting color and aroma. Homemade pasta, well executed, it's a shame that there wasn't a bond and creaminess to keep all the ingredients together. The goat cheese did not have the consistency of foam as mentioned in the menu, it was a sort of thicker cream. • Tagliatelle with ragù: the tagliatelle are good, some coarser, others thinner minus the slightly too dry sauce. Second: • Roe deer à la Royale with sautéed escarole: delicate, sweetish meat, with a pink and tender centre. Spectacular taste, delicious meat and perfect cooking. In conclusion we can say that here you feel good, you are lulled by a pleasant tranquility, there are no distractions, time passes slowly. On the food level, however, we found that the search for "flavors of the past" is combined with "more "contemporary" elaborations - consistent with the idea of ​​a contemporary tavern. Finally, we found the staff helpful, ready to answer all questions without batting an eyelid, kind and smiling. Rating: 76/100 Price: €95 (wine €26)

We have been for dinner several times and each time it is a discovery of flavors and superbly crafted raw materials. The food-wine pairings are excellent and worth trying. Excellent service. Congratulations to an inn... worthy of stars!

Beautiful place in the heart of Cesena with a warm and intimate atmosphere, traditional products and dishes (all really good) proposed with the personal touch of the chef and a wide selection of wines. The service starts with a lot of attention but unfortunately last night there was a mistake with the order by one of the waiters: the off-menu item we ordered was not marked correctly and after waiting, they warned us that the dish was finished (so another further wait to order a new dish, while the other person was already finishing his course). Never mind, it can certainly happen and this certainly doesn't call into question the work of the staff. The guy who got the order wrong was very kind in apologizing. What disappointed me was that there wasn't even an attempt to come to our aid when we had to pay the bill. Not a small discount, not a bitter or a coffee offered. A kindness to remedy a mistake that still occurred. Furthermore, at the checkout (in front of us) the waiter who got the order wrong offered to give us a small discount, but whoever typed the receipt pretended nothing had happened. I was a little disappointed. Having said that, the place is absolutely worth it and we ate very well.

19/03/2025: It feels like entering another time. A refined environment full of many antiques. And with music in the background, you are immersed in the past. A spectacular museum bar, where it is impossible not to enter. The care of how you are served is the setting. And there are so many choices. The various types of cappuccino, the matcha teas (special and well made), the many desserts and cakes, to try at least one. A beautiful discovery, of this jewel, that I recommend going, even just to experience a moment of the past.
