We ate really well, 100% original and homemade Florentine cuisine. Delicious ragù, tortelli, ribollita, and the cheek stew was truly perfect, it melted in your mouth, never eaten so good. The service was extremely helpful and kind, and there was a welcoming and homely atmosphere. Correct price.

Excellent traditional Tuscan restaurant but with innovation and imagination. Good value for money

A cozy restaurant located about 2 km from the city center, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave excellent recommendations. For starters, we opted for a mix of traditional crostini served on homemade bread. The one with liver was definitely the best, and if I had to choose again, I’d go for just that one (although the others were also very tasty). Next, I ordered a traditional Tuscan soup, and its flavor will stay with me for a long time—it was simply outstanding. Very aromatic and hearty, made with top-quality ingredients. The next dish was Tortello with Tuscan ragù—it was absolutely delicious. Thin pasta filled with a wonderful potato-based stuffing, topped with Tuscan ragù—simply finger-licking good. For the main course, I initially wanted to order a Florentine steak, but due to its very large size (around 1 kg), I opted for Peposo alla Fiorentina instead. The meat was fantastically prepared in a peppery sauce. The spicy sauce and the melt-in-your-mouth meat were incredible—I wholeheartedly recommend it. For dessert, I chose a sponge cake soaked in alcohol—a perfect ending to an exquisite dinner. Highly recommended—when I’m back in Florence, I’ll definitely visit again!

Ottimo ristorante dove cortesia e pulizia la fanno da padrone. Ho mangiato a mezzogiorno una splendida tartara con aggiunta di funghi porcini freschi. Ottimo pranzo e ottimo caffè, servito nel vetro. Altra accortezza molto gradita, la crema per le mani, nel bagno. Bravissimi
