This is a lovely mom & pop restaurant that serves both locals and tourists who have managed to escape the crowded city center. The four of us walked into the restaurant jet lagged and starving. The server was so welcoming and attentive. We ordered various pastas as well as the risotto. It was the perfect introduction to Florentine cuisine.

Came here with my husband from South Florida. It was our first night in Florence after arriving from Venice on our honeymoon trip. Such a nice welcome once we arrived. The owner was friendly and recommended delicious choices for an authentic dinner. We started with a half liter of Chianti and then had the prosciutto and salami appetizer, followed by the pappardelle with ragu which was amazing and flavorful! Wow. Finally, a beef braised in wine and for dessert, amaretto with almond biscotti (for dipping) and a deconstructed tiramisu. What a beautiful dinner. I will never forget this place. Grazie!

Cute little Austria in Garba. Fresh and delicious suicidal food. I had a great eggplant melanzana and a cod fish in a wonderful spicy tomato sauce. A beauty of a town with great food and lovely people.

Scegliamo questo ristorante perché vicino all'albergo e ben recensito. Ci accoglie la proprietaria con grande gentilezza, chiediamo un consiglio sulla fiorentina e ci porta in visione un bel taglio. Cottura perfetta, molto buone le verdure di contorno, ottimi i dolci fatti in casa. Conto adeguato per una bella cena fiorentina!

Locale carino, menù interessante, buona la cucina, giusta la cantina, assai cortese il servizio, conto in linea. Insomma, un locale di quelli da andarci in serenità.

Authentic Italian cuisine. Pasta with Tomato & Garlic sauce is a must-try. It was so good that my partner and I returned the next day.
