We ate at this restaurant after visiting Castel del Monte. I have to say the food was very good, the wine list was extensive, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the wait time was short. I recommend it if you're in the area.

Excellent!!! A gargantuan menu of high quality. All dishes are carefully prepared and made from local produce. The wines are unpretentious but very good. The only downside is that they are a little difficult to find. Better signage on the main road would be welcome.

After visiting Castel de Monte, along the main road we stopped at this restaurant. It's not bad, everything in a non-exciting atmosphere, with Apulian food and good appetizers.

This is a lovely restaurant in the countryside, near the magnificent Castel del Monte, although a bit out of the way. The food is truly delicious, prepared with a touch of modernity that doesn't overwhelm the essence. The atmosphere is very welcoming and refined in a carefully restored farmhouse. The staff is professional, courteous, and welcoming. The prices are absolutely fair. We'll be back.
