After visiting Castel de Monte, along the main road we stopped at this restaurant. It's not bad, everything in a non-exciting atmosphere, with Apulian food and good appetizers.

This is a lovely restaurant in the countryside, near the magnificent Castel del Monte, although a bit out of the way. The food is truly delicious, prepared with a touch of modernity that doesn't overwhelm the essence. The atmosphere is very welcoming and refined in a carefully restored farmhouse. The staff is professional, courteous, and welcoming. The prices are absolutely fair. We'll be back.

Somewhat remote address but worth the exit (and the poor road surface). We enjoyed an excellent menù degustazione. Very generous and equally well-cared for, € 100 for 2 people incl. a fine local bianco. Fast and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

Ancora una volta siamo rimasti soddisfatti della serata. Non solo per cosa abbiamo mangiato. Del resto si è trattato di una normale cena: secondo, contorno dolce. Il posto è ancora ben curato, ordinato, tranquillo. Il personale come in altre occasioni gentile, preparato, discreto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.

Piatti con prodotti veramente freschi eccellenti, antipasti con salumi , formaggi ottimi,tortini di cardo e cavolo cappuccio buonissimi. Primi piatti ottimi, grigliata di carne veramente gustosa . Servizio ai tavoli molto professionale e location molto accogliente.
