A family-run trattoria where I enjoyed pork ribs with potatoes, just like my grandmother used to make! The diced potatoes, first boiled (I think) and then fried, were a real treat! The lady was very nice and friendly. The bill, too, was absolutely ridiculous! Oh, I forgot about the portions!
The lady came to the table with a sperlunga and said, "Tell me when you're satisfied." Unbelievable! In short, if you're passing through Pont Saint Martin, go for lunch there!!

Great place especially for lunch, good and plentiful food, and Friday is the best..with cod. Typical tavern with mostly local dishes, tray service and you choose how much you want to eat, now there are few left in Valle d'Aosta where this was the custom. Very pleasant and friendly lady (owner), super kind and fast in service. 100% recommended.

We stopped by chance for lunch before returning home from a trip to the mountains. Simple and very welcoming environment, kind and helpful staff. We tried various dishes starting with a platter of cold cuts (lard, raw salami and salami with potatoes and beets) all of quality. We then moved on to the (dry) soup of bread, herbs and cheese which was really excellent and tasty, if we had known we would have eaten 2 dishes each of that alone, then skipping the second courses which were prepared very well and accompanied by polenta but one level below the soup. For second courses we had braised meat and polenta and carbonada and polenta. Really excellent panna cotta. We recommend it!

Simple but clean tavern. Excellent food, I recommend: mixed cold cuts (delicious salami and lard), the herb soup, a very rich dish with cheese and Alpine herbs. The polenta with sausage is good. Prices with the tasting menu, 1/4 of bulk wine included, €28. To help you digest, take a stroll to the Roman bridge (see photo)

In questo locale si mangia "quello che c'è", menù stagionale valdostano...
Il locale è datato, ma l'ambiente e le persone che lo gestiscono rendono il pranzo piacevole.
Servizio ottimo.
Zuppa alle erbe veramente ottima, ogni forchettata aveva un gusto diverso, a seconda dell'erba che si mangiava.
Anche tutto il resto del pranzo è stato buono, ma la zuppa è una cosa da ricordare.

Di passaggio per andare alle terme di Saint Vincent ci fermiamo a visitare il paese e poi ci fermiamo qui a pranzo. Ottimo il menù da 28 euro con prodotti tipici e porzioni generose. Professionale e gentile la cameriera Ambra.
