Osteria Le Panzanelle In Radda in chianti

Le vecchie trattorie proponevano una cucina del territorio fatta con prodotti giusti, con un ricco condimento e sapori decisi che ti esplodono in bocca e che ti spingono a finire il piatto abbondante che ti viene servito. L’osteria Le Panzanelle appartiene a questo genere ormai in estinzione con porzioni generose, sapori intensi, prezzi ragionevoli, personale giovane e professionale, carta dei vini molto ampia con una particolare attenzione ai vini del Chianti classico (io ho preso un interessante valdellecorti con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo). Mi sono piaciuti molto gli stracci di pesticcia (un ricco sugo con salsiccia e funghi) e soprattutto il peposo di guancia, fatto con carne tenerissima e con una salsa non troppo piccante e lucida come sono le salse di qualità.

I ate well but they made a mistake in the bill and charged me extra water and wine, unfortunately I only noticed when I got home, too bad…

Torno dopo due anni a "Le Panzanelle"; cucina sempre attenta, pane olio e vino che danno subito la conferma della tradizione (il profumo del pane cotto a legna vale il viaggio!) Ottime le pappardelle al capriolo, buona la tagliata, buone le uova con lo zabaione salato, ottimi i dolci (profiterole e torta al cioccolato). Servizio perfetto, rapporto prezzo qualità ottimo. Ci torneremo.

Excellent Tuscan trattoria, I highly recommend it.

We were lucky and got one last table. It wasn't in a very nice location, but we were impressed by the quality of the food and service. Highly recommended. The pici with sweet garlic sauce were particularly divine. The prices were extremely cheap for the service. The restaurant is also recommended by Gault Millau. Not without reason.

You feel good and eat well at a fair price

The exceptional first courses must all be tried... the pappardelle with roe deer a step above all the others... the ravioli filled with ossobuco a nice discovery... the pici all'aglione are timeless... the meat is sublime! We are at home now! Until next time!!!

Super tavern. Delicious food, friendly staff. 1 Tuscan cold cuts, 2 artichoke and pecorino salads, aubergine rolls (excellent). 2 first courses with sausage and mushroom sauce, a soup. 2 fried in oil and rabbit with fried potatoes (real...not frozen). 2 bottles water, 1 bottle of good wine 4 coffees..in4 / €150. more than honest price considering the excellent quality of the raw materials and the generous portions. Too hungry I didn't have time to take photos.

Probably the best food we had on our 10 day trip to Tuscany. Their Osso Buco ravioli are incredible and so was papardelle with dear meat. Actual mains are fairly small portions lamb chops were very nice but not much meat. Having said that, the quality and taste are incredible. The service was also top notch. Highly recommended
