We opt for a Morrisfarm Vermentino, a renowned winery in the area
The gnocchi are delicious as a first course
Secondly, anyone who didn't get the "tuna" sandwich - actually fine pork - made a fatal mistake
As an ice cream dessert with real berries or, for those with a sweet tooth, gluten-free walnut tart with rich fig jam

What about this special place? Only recommend booking in advance because being small it is difficult to find a place. But if you are lucky you will eat very well, typical and refined products for you by the only all-round cook, waitress, secretary and owner!

Inspired by the name, we came to Caterina's restaurant, owner, chef and heart of the place: we immediately felt at home, with homemade but well-prepared and truly delicious dishes.
The chef was attentive, especially towards me, regarding my intolerance and prepared me a lactose-free dessert AT THE MOMENT (off the menu) without batting an eyelid.
Everything here is done with passion, and it shows... I left with a full belly and heart!

Unfortunately, despite repeated requests, we as a family were unable to reserve a table - it was fully booked for several weeks. However, the restaurant is lovingly furnished and the owner was always friendly on the phone.

Piccolissimo ristorante nel borgo di Massa marittima con solo 6 tavoli. Bisogna prenotare per tempo: non ve ne pentirete. Caterina è una cuoca sopraffina e un'ottima padrona di casa. Eravamo stati suoi ospiti anni fa e non avevamo più trovato posto gli anni successivi con tanto dispiacere. Ieri finalmente, prenotando 1 mese prima, siamo riusciti a tornare per gustare i suoi manicaretti. Spesa oltremodo contenuta per tutto quello che si mangia: e come si mangia! Complimenti. Mi auguro poter tornare da te in altre occasioni. Grazie dell'ospitalità
