13 of us enjoyed an amazing cooking class. Chef Eduardo was so patient with us and taught us all so much. Every person in our group had a magical experience they’ll remember forever.

A Truly Exceptional Wine Tasting and Dining Experience! We visited Osteria Le Corte for a family wine tasting, and it was such a memorable experience!
The wines were beautifully chosen to showcase the local flavors and the winemaker’s talent, with each one introduced in a way that made us appreciate it even more.
We accompanied the tasting with a full three-course meal—every dish was perfectly paired and full of flavor. The staff were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed it so much that we came back a few months later to buy wine for an engagement party—again receiving a warm welcome and excellent guidance. We selected a sparkling, a white, and a red wine, and our guests loved the selection. Highly recommended for lovers of fine wine, great food, and genuine hospitality.

A super experience! We took a tour of the cellars, a wine tasting and an excellent cooking class with Eduardo (Eddie). The 14thC Castello is worth visiting even without the cooking class, a great way to spend an afternoon in Eduardo's capable hands. So good we are going back in a few months!

We have been visiting Le Corti for many years and enjoying their wine and olive oil for just as many. It is great! It has become my go to gift for Christmas-both wine and oil. Great customer service, employees and owners.

Discovered by chance while wandering around the Tuscan hills, it has become a habit. Excellent Tuscan cuisine, wonderful place among the hills, excellent wines, I gladly go back every time for dinner or Sunday lunch.
