Yesterday I arrived in Milan from Palermo, I had to choose a place for lunch and I wanted to eat for the first time something typical of Milanese cuisine, in particular riso al salto and the famous cotoletta and, after a lot of research on the web, I chose this and I must say that I was satisfied with everything: from the food to the kindness of the staff, warm and pleasant environment (both inside and outside)
When I find myself in Milan in the future I will definitely return. Recommended

Wonderful cuisine! We decided to book after seeing the menu hanging outside the restaurant and I must say... excellent choice! Starting from the kindness of the dining room staff (special mention for the waitress Lisa, very kind!), and ending with dishes that are one better than the other! We decided to rebook for the following evening, so as to be able to try other dishes! The owner was also friendly and nice! Super recommended!

Very good typical restaurant where you can taste Milanese cuisine with historical and quality ingredients. Clean, elegant and characteristic environment.
Excellent cutlet, fried rice and chateubriant. I will come back with great pleasure!

Restaurant with excellent quality Milanese cuisine. Courteous and friendly staff. I brought Roman friends who wanted to try Milanese dishes to dinner and they were enthusiastic. The only flaw (if you really want to find one!!) is a bit noisy, but it was also a Saturday night!!

Dopo anni sono tornata alla storica "Vecchia Lira" di Milano, un locale che si trova nel cuore di Brera e che continua a mantenere intatta la sua tradizione di qualità e servizio eccellente. Abbiamo cenato con alcuni colleghi stranieri, che sono rimasti davvero colpiti dalla bontà della carne e dall'attenzione al dettaglio nel servizio. La carne, come sempre, è di altissima qualità, cucinata alla perfezione, e l'atmosfera del ristorante è accogliente. Un posto che consiglio vivamente per chi desidera un'esperienza gastronomica autentica in uno dei quartieri più belli di Milano. Un'ottima scelta che non delude mai!

Locale storico a Milano.
Menu lombardo/milanese e carta dei vini ben assortita. Piatti ottimi, nulla da dire. Ho mangiato uno dei migliori "risotto con ossobuco" !
Personale disponibile ma non invadente.
Forse un po troppi tavoli all'interno e quindi nel fine settimana un po rumoroso.
Locale che consiglio !
