From a medium-high level restaurant I expected more.
Service: Evening with a full restaurant and we waited a long time for the orders and the dishes. Some waiters were not very prepared, but it's not a drama.
Stuffed onions with amaretto: €14, €7 per onion, it seems a bit excessive for what you get.
Tortelli with herbs: €18, good tortelli, the sauce literally seems like just tomato puree, without taste.. even here for the price I expected more.
Egg asparagus and fondue: not bad, I wasn't thrilled. €14
Potato gnocchi with castelmagno cheese and leeks: €15 good.
Lots of tatin: €8 very good.

Excellent dishes that enhance local products, high quality and a pleasant atmosphere. From the outside I wouldn't have said it was a Michelin guide restaurant, positively surprised!

Ristorante che ci è stato consigliato da produttori di vino della zona. Locale accogliente. Servizio molto gentile. Piatti della tradizione . Ho mangiato la pancia di maiale con capesante molto buona. Ho assaggiato anche gli gnocchi al castelmagno ottimo. Consiglio

The food looks intriguing, and some of the food was delicious however most was not outstanding. I still give 5 stars as the overall experience was nice.
On the negative, some options on the menu where not available, price and quality are not matching compared to other restaurants in the area. The amuse bouche was not too fresh. The truffle risotto was fade at best.
On the positive, friendly people nice decoration, popular place with the locals, nice atmosphere.

Avrei dato cinque stelle se i bagni fossero stati a posto.
Manca il sedile, e dai segni di ammaloramento, sembra manchi da un bel po'.
