I made a reservation by phone and was greeted charmingly by Chloe, who directed me to a table I immediately liked. The menu is traditional Piedmontese, but with some unique offerings, such as "Chlorophyll Snails" and "Rabbit Buttons...". There's a wide selection of desserts. Martina and Chloe offer prompt service with courtesy, professionalism, and charm. Virginia (the owner's daughter), brisk and efficient at the cash register, offers me a fragrant souvenir. The restaurant isn't huge, but it's bright and clean, just the way I like it. My personal observations: the mushroom risotto was slightly salty, and the dessert (meringue, cream, candied fruit, chocolate chips) was too sweet for my taste. Overall, I was satisfied. I'll be back.

Today by chance I stopped in Cherasco and went to eat at the Torre and I wanted to tell you something: whoever passes by here should try to go and eat and you will be satisfied in every way. Compliments to the staff and the Chef.

Meh, expensive and not great, very slow and overwhelmed service, ridiculous food, and Michelin-starred, I wouldn't recommend it.

The best place so far to eat white truffles, the porcini mushrooms were fantastic, the panna cotta was too light for my taste.

Passing through Cherasco, we found this place. The staff were friendly but sparse, portions bordering on tiny, and the atmosphere was welcoming, but the wait was a bit long. We ordered an appetizer and a first course of agnolotti del plin with brown sauce. I'm certainly no connoisseur, but the sauce should enhance the flavor of the dish, not completely cover it. The agnolotti tasted like nothing. The prices aren't exactly cheap, especially when compared to the quantity and quality of the food served. So much so that we skipped dessert for fear of overpaying on an already high bill (my wife had an appetizer and I had a first course, without wine, just water and two coffees, €42). One last flaw: it's true that wine is good for you, and as a teetotaler, I'm more quiet, but there were quite a few people making a lot of noise, which was quite annoying.

Excellent product quality. We tried the white truffle and it was a truly positive experience. The only downside was that we had to wait a bit between courses, but that's understandable given it was a holiday. Highly recommended!

Excellent food, somewhat stiff service, and difficult to order the appetizers we wanted. Anyway, we had a great time and everything was very good, even the wine.
