Osteria located in the center of Agliano Terme, at the top of a hill, with a breathtaking view of Monferrato.
The place is clean, cozy and nice.
We had a great dinner from appetizer to dessert, finding the quality of the raw materials.
Very kind and helpful staff.

Rating for the restaurant only. Excellent Piedmontese dishes, carefully prepared and well presented. Service not very fast, but it can work. The wine list is limited, but still rich in Barbera, the area's flagship grape variety. Position a little sacrificed between the houses. Cooking smells reach the dining room and remain on the jackets.

Consigliato da google e da tripadvisor, ho raggiunto questo ristorante non proprio comodissimo da trovare. Locale carino (d'estate sicuramente di più, grazie al giardino e alla piscina), menù con piatti della tradizione locale. Buona la carne cruda, ottimo il taglierino con ragù piemontese, superba la tarte tatin con gelato alla vaniglia. Da provare.

Het was deze middag rustig in het restaurant. We werden echter vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar en het personeel. In een rustige setting (wat ook gold voor de achtergrond muziek wat in Italië verre van gewoonlijk is) werd onze keuze opgenomen. We kozen voor als antipasti, voor de dame de vitello en voor mij de mozzarella met ansjovis. Beide prima. Erna voor beide de spaghetti carbonare, uitstekende kwaliteit! Daarna voor de dame de calimare met ansjovis (of waren het sardines?) en voor mij de angusbeef (uitstekend gegrild op hout denk ik?). Erbij dronken we een fles rode Nizza reserva 1999. Na koffie met een degistiv. Uitstekende kwaliteit van wat we geserveerd kregen, fijne bediening (niet te lang en niet te kort tussen de gangen). Volgend jaar komen er absoluut terug in dit fijne restaurant!
