Very welcoming place, kind, attentive, friendly and very polite owners. Excellent food, very fresh ingredients, I highly recommend you try the fried mussels!!! For those who want to try ancient Apulian cuisine this is the right restaurant for me!

From my point of view, let's say courteous but far too nagging with so many words that it makes one seem like a super-fuck, the food offered was not up to the bill. To improve.

You can see that they love what they do, the innkeeper's instructions are very useful and narrated with passion. Food all freshly made, maybe you wait a little longer but it's definitely worth it, very good

My husband and I have known the owner and his family for a lifetime, we already went to his restaurant in Milan. He is truly a special person, a lover of his work to which he has dedicated his life, studying the history of Italian cuisine, particularly that of Puglia, always looking for something special to offer his customers. In fact, every time we go it always surprises us by offering us different dishes. His cuisine is genuine, everything homemade like in the past and this is why his dishes have the aromas and flavors that we have now forgotten.

Typical Apulian tavern. It offers traditional dishes (many of its own production) good and tasty. Aperitif offered. The only flaw was the service was a little slow even though the place wasn't full. Very classic interior.

Booked with The Fork being in the area, we really enjoyed this restaurant. The owner explained each dish and each seasoning to us, the whole menu is very particular and we wanted to try everything. So from 4 starters they made us 2 dishes with half portions, so we were able to taste more things. Everything was really good and congratulations again to the chef! The bill was fair for what we had taken (66 euros with 2 desserts and wine). We will definitely be back!

An authentic place, traditional Apulian foods that would otherwise be impossible to find. Everything homemade, including bread. Excellent service, with historical-culinary explanations attached. I advise.

When you enter you can savor the atmosphere of times gone by which I personally love very much. We had lunch with a workers' menu and took a single dish, in my opinion the portions are a little too small, particularly for the workers' menu, I don't know about kart. It's definitely a good place to have lunch or dinner

24/07/2024: Trattoria con cucina pugliese,ho cenato in questo ristorante con la famiglia,la location è un po' retrò ma è un punto a favore,il titolare Franco è davvero un ottimo padrone di casa sempre sorridente! Abbiamo iniziato con un bel piatto di purè di fave e cicoria ottimo come quello di mia nonna! Poi burrata fresca con un ottima focaccia preparata dal pizzaiolo sul momento,poi abbiamo preso una pizza al salame un piatto di tagliatelle al ragù,uno di orecchiette e cime di rapa e un altro primo con orecchiette al sugo di polpette, nonostante le porzioni sono state più che abbondanti siamo riusciti a finire i nostri piatti,anche i bambini hanno mangiato tutto! si mangia come a casa dai nonni, coccolati anche da un grande cameriere che sa ascoltare servire con professionalità e da solo oltre che servire riusciva a far sorridere tutti i clienti creando una bella atmosfera. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è Ottimo sia i primi che la pizza valgono 10,ci tornerò per provare i secondi ed altri piatti!!!
24/07/2024: Trattoria with Apulian cuisine, I had dinner in this restaurant with my family, the location is a bit retro but it's a plus, the owner Franco is a truly excellent host, always smiling! We started with a nice plate of broad bean and chicory purée as good as my grandmother's! Then fresh burrata with an excellent focaccia prepared by the pizza chef on the spot, then we had a salami pizza, a plate of tagliatelle with meat sauce, one of orecchiette and turnip greens and another first course with orecchiette with meatball sauce, although the portions were we were able to finish our plates more than abundant, even the children ate everything! you eat like at home with your grandparents, also pampered by Pino, a great waiter who knows how to listen and serve with professionalism and alone, as well as serving, he was able to make all the customers smile, creating a nice atmosphere. The value for money is excellent, both the first courses and the pizza are worth 10, I will be back to try the second courses which they deserved at the sight!!!
