Excellent tavern in a central location. Typical dishes at a good price.

Given the positive reviews and promising photos I decide to go to this tavern for dinner. I had been assigned a table inside which, thank goodness, I didn't get because otherwise it would have been like being in hell due to the heat. And not because it's summer but because there wasn't even a fan, it was impossible to stay. But the worst thing of all this was the food, which made me (sorry for the French) fly to the bathroom as soon as I finished the last bite. I don't even think that what I ordered was fish because fortunately the following evenings I went to other restaurants and I really smelled the scent of the sea. Stomach problems so strong that I doubted whether the aforementioned fish was fresh or at least edible. Sore point also for the service because, it pains me to say, but it was absent. Grumpy owner with the waitress even at the cash register in front of the customer while I was paying. Total absence of dialogue and dismissal once the meal was finished. I still wonder how I wasted my money this evening. Luckily the bruschetta was good and the vegetables were grilled but for that matter I know how to cook them at home myself.

Niente da dire, come al solito la stessa buona trattoria. Servizio veloce e gentile, cibo buono a prezzi corretti. Ci torneremo.

Great food. Very friendly and characteristic place as it is located in a very old place. Too bad for a small event and a waitress slipped him a plate full of fettuccine with sauce and impressed many customers including me. There is a mistake but... I don't accept that I won't receive an apology from either the waitress or the owner.

Very honest restaurant in a beautiful historic setting. Superlative local dishes.

Location a stone's throw from the central Piazza del Popolo, summer evening and dinner in the outdoor area right in front of the restaurant entrance in a beautiful internal public courtyard. We shared a portion of mixed cured meats: pay attention to the Piadina, it's addictive! Excellent second courses of meat follow, accompanied by sautéed beets and roast potatoes truly worthy of note! In conclusion, the renowned trifle! Quiet environment, away from noise, adequate and very attentive service. Excellent value for money.

We ate very well! They have a nice place with tables outside, very quiet and well looked after, as is the interior too. The staff is friendly and what we tasted (bean soup, strozzapreti and trifle and mixed bruschetta) was truly excellent with portions that certainly won't let you go away hungry. Prices perfectly within the norm, I would happily return!

Arrivati a Pesaro in orario piuttosto tardo per un pranzo, abbiamo faticato a trovare un posto dove mangiare. I pochi locali presenti in Piazza del Popolo avevano un aspetto tutt'altro che invitante. E poi abbiamo scoperto questo, nascosto in un cortile, con possibilità di mangiare all'aperto. Fresco, in una delle prime giornate calde che la primavera regala in vista dell'estate. L'ora era tarda, la cucina stava per chiudere, ma dopo una piccola smorfia, l'oste ci ha accolto. Pranzo veloce, ma di grande soddisfazione. Purtroppo abbiamo potuto assaggiare solo la pasta: casalinga, ben fatta e di ottimo sapore. Prezzo più che onesto, tenendo conto della posizione e del refrigerio goduto. Non so se torneremo a Pesaro, ma se fosse questa sarà una delle prime tappe.
