Great cozy restaurant with excellent service! It was recommended by the hotel I was staying near by. Lovely meal!

Fish at Mandas? I never would have believed it! From appetizer to dessert, everything was truly delicious and unique. Kudos to the entire staff.

We were very surprised that a fish menu was offered in a place far enough from the sea. There were four of us, two couples. The surprises began with the bread, a very thin pastry like carasau, but fried. Without the slightest trace of oil, it was rolled like a cone and delicious (we asked for more). The semolina civraxiu, soft, fragrant, and sublime in flavor, was the invitation to enjoy the specialties of the numerous appetizers, each better than the last, never seen before in terms of variety and imagination, all very fresh and flavorful. Then they offered us two types of pasta, delicious, and we had a lobster, excellent and plentiful, the meat well seasoned and presented exceptionally... house wine, water, dessert (also surprising). I recommend trying the chuppini (wafer baskets with custard and local berries), coffee, and amaro... Impeccable service and a good price. We will recommend it to friends and acquaintances and will return again!

Antonello is always a guarantee. Every time we return, we choose fish. Fresh, high-quality, and always with new flavor combinations. Alessandra is always available to provide fast and meticulous service. The staff is extremely kind and always smiling. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a restaurant in Madas and ended up here. What luck! We had an incredibly good meal, especially with fresh fish, following the host's suggestion. A selection of eight fish appetizers followed by the catch of the day. The wine, Vermentino di Gallura, was also excellent. In short, if you're near Madas, visit this restaurant; you won't find such good food anywhere else in Sardinia.

Dopo aver lasciato una meravigliosa location turistica a Gergei, ci siamo fermati per pranzo in questa osteria. Siamo stati accolti con una cordialità non sempre facile da trovare nella ristorazione odierna. Il cameriere ci ha spiegato la formula del locale, proponendoci un giro di antipasti per iniziare. Che dire? Antipasti di mare eccezionali e originali con prodotti freschi e locali. Già soddisfatti da tutte le portate abbiamo però preso un primo in condivisione ossia ravioli di rana pescatrice, fatti in casa, con tartufo di Laconi. Ottimi e delicati. Per finire un sorbetto e un buonissimo semifreddo al torrone. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un ottimo vino rosso locale. Abbiamo speso circa 43,00€ a testa. Il giro antipasti è costato 22,00€ a persona. Rinnovo pubblicamente i complimenti fatti di persona. Torneremo sicuramente quando saremo nei paraggi.
