Great little restaurant and just wish I’d found it sooner. Would go back to Lucca just to eat here. Stunning menu, great balance of flavors, in-season fresh produce elevated through skillful cooking, accompanied by perfect wine pairings from really knowledgeable and helpful staff. A gem.

I dined at La Dritta with my husband, inspired by Alessandro Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" program and by Chiara's friendliness and simplicity. The win was well-deserved because the food was divine. The trip from Turin lived up to our expectations. Well done, Chiara, and congratulations to your staff...you are fantastic.

Unfortunately, I expected more from this restaurant. The waiters are very friendly, but the food is sparse, and behind the beautiful presentation, dishes are bland, with a lot of show and little substance. The tendency seems to favor a passing clientele rather than locals.

It's a wonderful oasis when you're caught up in the chaos. An evening or lunch here is a wonderful experience, featuring a consistently varied and attentive menu and competent, yet unobtrusive service. Chiara and her staff know how to make their guests feel at home. My wife and I can't imagine passing through Lucca without stopping here.

If you go to Lucca, you MUST go to this restaurant. The ingredients are incredible, and they know how to prepare them beautifully. Everything we ordered was amazing, and when we asked to share, they thoughtfully divided our food right there in the kitchen. I didn't take more pictures, but we ordered a salad, the fish of the day, fish ravioli, and the dessert of the day.
