Authentic, family run, Italian restaurant. Food was excellent, owners were lovely although speak no English. Recommend the Florentine steak and the warm panettone dessert.

Do not pay attention to low rate in the Google Maps. This restaurant is fantastic, ambience is really authentic and the food is delicious!

La Carbonella is an absolute gem — a true testament to the passion and warmth of a family-owned Italian restaurant. From the moment we stepped in, we were treated like family. The ambiance is rustic and charming, with the perfect balance of cozy and elegant. The food? Out of this world. The carbonara was easily the best I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of pancetta and pecorino. No shortcuts here — just traditional Italian excellence. And the steak… wow. Cooked to perfection, juicy, and incredibly flavorful with a gorgeous sear. You can tell they take pride in sourcing quality ingredients and preparing them with real care. It was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience felt personal and heartfelt. La Carbonella is more than just a meal — it’s a celebration of authentic Italian cooking done right. We’ll be back again and highly recommend eating here.
