It was a really good meal. We ordered the Florentine for 2 people, it was really good. The staff was friendly, and overall it's a good restaurant 🙂 (sorry if my Italian isn't good, because I'm not from Italy)

I found this restaurant by accident. Don’t eat anything else here. Just order their beef. It’s the most delicious roast beef I’ve ever eaten in my life. Two people can eat one portion until they’re full. Although the roasted beef is 50% rare, it becomes more and more fragrant the more you chew it. For the first time, I discovered that fresh beef is so fragrant, but everything requires time and patience. This is definitely a restaurant worth visiting again. 😂😂

Andare alla Carbonella è un po' come tornare in quei posti di vacanza dove sei sicuro di stare strabene. Ovviamente non è stata la prima volta, ma mi ha lasciato ancora più soddisfatto delle precedenti. Fiorentina e tagliata si sciolgono letteralmente in bocca. Carne succosa, saporita e morbidissima. Non so quale sia il segreto, ma il risultato è eccezionale!
