Amazing place for meat lovers with excellent management and staff

Vincenzo. You are the Mario Balotelli of waiting staff and this was the most extraordinary meal of ragu tagliatelle and Vitello alla Milanese. Grazie per tutto. Extraordinary food. Extraordinary value.

Absolutely great place through and through. Would recommend booking (we reserved and came back) - felt very authentic Italian. They provided an English menu for myself. We had lots of laughs with the waiter and enjoyed a great long dinner here. My partner and I shared the tagliatelle à la Ragu, and each a cottoletta à la Milanese (amazing) Delicious - and great wine rec ! Loved it - felt very authentic/ apart of the Italian culture !

I was last night with other friends from the appetizer to the end of the dinner and it was really very good. Very friendly staff as well as the owner who was really very kind and friendly. I will definitely go back as soon as I get back to Milan

The last time I visited was some 25 time ago, we fancied the best steak in Milan, here we came🫶

Delicious food, excellent and friendly service. Tried it for lunch, loved it, made reservation for dinner for the same day. Highly recommend to make reservations. For lunch we had the cotoletta Milanese and the tagliatelle funghi porcini. Both plates were delicious and the portions were very decent. Their tiramisu is one of the best we have had ever. For dinner I was ordering Bistecca allla Florentina, on top of other plate we had already ordered, and our server graciously explained to me that ordering the Bistecca allla Florentina may become way too much food for my wife and I, so I just ordered a steak and my wife ordered some pasta. Both were super delicious 😋 We had tiramisu again for dessert and a cappuccino. Our server (can't remember his name, he is from Macedonia) was super friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable. He made sure we had an enjoyable visit both times. I highly recommend Osteria la Carbonaia carne

T-bone steak, pasta, mushroom dishes, and spinach are all delicious. They say T-bone is usually rare, but the request for medium is just for reference, as shown in the photo. (I deleted the T-bone photo and uploaded it because it was filtered out because it looked cruel lol)

Ottima esperienza locale molto carino ed accogliente che ti senti subito come a casa il titolare è una persona magnifica tutto il personale è molto gentile. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cucina infatti ci abbiamo cenato due sere di seguito, cibo ottimo e di qualità
