I am really happy to have had this experience of a dinner at the canonical tavern in Castiglion Del Bosco... The menu and the menu of the day satisfied us greatly with dishes of the highest quality and very delicious... I would like to thank in particular the waitress who our table was occupied all evening and she was truly exceptional and professional in taking care of us... a well-structured menu and a truly customer-friendly service, in addition to dinner we also had the pleasure of meeting the very famous chef Carlo Cracco... An amazing location with stunning vistas and great food. Walk up to the abbey area while waiting for the next course as the views are amazing. The bread with house oil is special. You will not regret drive up the hill to get there - even though it is a tough drive !!

Great selection of wines and local delicacies. Tiramisu is highly recommended. Very calm and picturesque atmosphere.
