For several years now, whenever we want to treat ourselves to an evening of excellence, we go there. The atmosphere is elegant without being cloying. The tasting menu is always captivating, the flavors unique without being excessive. The service is another feather in the cap; never intrusive, always friendly and attentive to every little detail. Precisely because of this attention to detail, I'd like to mention the restrooms. The presence of feminine hygiene products, wet wipes and hangers, as well as sealed dental cleaning kits and washcloths, clearly demonstrates how every detail is thought out in detail. An experience that goes beyond dinner
From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed, not just served. The restaurant is refined but without unnecessary frills.
We chose the tasting menu. Each course told a little story: impeccable technique and art-gallery-like presentation. The service was impeccable: attentive, knowledgeable, never intrusive. Enrico recommended the perfect pairing.
The chef's passion is evident in every detail. It's not "just" a gourmet restaurant, it's a complete experience.

My husband and I ate here 13 years ago and had a wonderful time. We returned today for our twelfth wedding anniversary, and I couldn't remember how perfect everything was! Not only was the food extraordinary, but the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff...! We certainly won't wait another 13 years to return...

The restaurant is well equipped and beautiful. The service is very fast and they pay attention to every detail (such as changing the cutlery for each dish). The service and food they make are excellent.

Quality place but lacks atmosphere and empathy, everything syncopated.....a lot of smoke....still decent, strange days of rest and complicated to book...many times you wonder if this place really exists...in any case it emerges from a flat Tiburtina restaurant with a few exceptions.

I was invited to celebrate a 25th anniversary at this osteria, which I would describe as a luxury restaurant. The location is excellent, the staff highly qualified, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home, welcomed and pampered by the owner and staff.
We had the honor of tasting locally sourced products, where the kitchen produces dishes not found in other restaurants. Congratulations to the entire staff; we'll see you again soon.
