We stumbled upon this place by chance, and luckily there was room. Beautiful location, very helpful staff. The food is the real highlight. Here you'll find true quality ingredients. True, the prices are higher than other osterias, but you pay for quality, and I personally was very satisfied with my lunch. The plin pasta with roast sugo are fantastic.

I'll start with the food, which is very good. Unfortunately, the menu is a bit limited, and I didn't like many of the dishes. But that's my problem. The desserts are good, but the presentation could be improved. The location is interesting, but I found it a bit sloppy, especially the bathroom. In a high-end restaurant, the toilet shouldn't have obvious signs of limescale; it needs to be sparkling clean. The owners are kind. In conclusion, I can say that I ate well, but I wouldn't return.

This place is a must-visit.
The food is exceptionally high quality, and the raw meat appetizers are unmissable. Fassona tartare, Bra sausage, and venison tartare are a veritable explosion of flavors. And then there's the super friendly and welcoming staff, making it feel like home, but with a Michelin-starred cuisine. Top marks.
We ended up here by chance, on my birthday, so I can only thank "chance."
And I forgot, the Agnollotti del Plin are amazing, with a brown sauce, of course.

Had the pleasure of having dinner in this gem of a place in Bra 2 weeks ago.
The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting and the food was so creative and absolutely delicious. Had a 3 course meal of Bra eggs, mixed pasta and pumpkin pie which was so delicious. My partner had the lamb which was cooked to perfection, so soft literally melted in the mouth.
Lots of lovely wine accompanied the food and the whole experience was very pleasant and memorable.
A big shout out to the chef, sous chef and all the lovely staff who work here. Well done !

A welcoming place, with a simple yet sophisticated design that immediately puts you at ease. The owner, a kind and courteous person, welcomed us, as did all the staff: professional, attentive, and never intrusive.
The quality of the products was excellent: the Bra sausage and the Fassona tartare were simply fantastic, while the tajarin with Bra sausage was truly delicious. The tiramisu was also good, fresh and well-balanced. All accompanied by an excellent Barbera from the Ratti winery.
Overall, a very positive experience that is definitely worth repeating.

An excellent restaurant characterized by professional, punctual, and precise service. The kindness of the owners, combined with the exemplary dishes (the braised egg and gnocchi are unparalleled), make this place a must-visit. The quality/price ratio is exemplary.

It was a great discovery. The food was good, the place was beautiful, and everyone was very kind.
The only thing I have to say is that the sign isn't very noticeable.
The rest, however, was fine.
