Osteria In Vino Veritas In Torino

Quality food and a particularly welcoming environment Advised!

Two of us had dinner at this delightful osteria, after it was warmly recommended to us by friends having booked well in advance. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, perfectly reflecting the definition of an Osteria: rustic furnishings, handwritten menus, many dishes from other Italian taverns hanging on the walls. The service is very fast and attentive, during our dinner there was a very slight delay and an exchange of a course with another table (so absolutely nothing serious) and the girls in the room, in addition to apologizing multiple times, offered us the glasses of wine consumed. A kindness, care and respect for the customer that are rarely found today. It will be a fixed stop on every future visit to Turin. Thank you!!

Fantastic tavern, truly fantastic and original quality of food. The first, tagliatelle with ragù, caramelized onion and I think chopped hazelnuts, cooked right and tasted good, well combined. The horse shank, very large and very soft. There is also a fair amount of wines and champagnes. The appetizers, not present in the photo, are related to the price. Absolutely recommended as it is close to the nightlife area.

Excellent service and recommendations (grappa and wine), cozy Osteria/Taberna atmosphere in an underground neighborhood. The waiter was very attentive and friendly, highlighting that when he recommended us he did not choose the most expensive nor the cheapest, average price, which is appreciated in honesty.

A great Italian restaurant with great starters and very tasty food. My ragù was delicious! Reservations are recommended as it is very busy. Absolutely recommended for authentic enjoyment!

Great experience and food, it was home cooking taken to another level

We ate out very well, spaghetti alla guitar with horse ragù and spaghetti with sausage, hazelnuts and caramelised onions. The boy was very kind and helpful. The only flaw was that the wine was perhaps a little warm by the glass.

A truly excellent experience! Rustic place that makes you feel welcomed and at home, very good wine and truly delicious food, I tasted the raw meat and it was really delicious!

tonight I went with friends to the Veritas wine tavern, a nice, very welcoming restaurant with very helpful waiters, excellent food. I recommend it to spend a nice evening with friends
