Osteria il Sagrantino: a pleasant surprise.. Lunch on the veranda on a spring day to share with friends. Very well looked after place. Attentive and welcoming service. Delicious appetizers, delicious, quality meats (especially the lamb), a very extensive wine list... we will definitely be back to taste the rest of the menu. There is something for all tastes, or rather, for those with good taste!

Abbiamo incontrato questa osteria mentre visitavamo i borghi della zona e ci siamo fermati. Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente, inoltre essendo un venerdì non molto affollato. Ottimo menù di terra con tanti prodotti locali. Tutte delizioso con un'ottima carta dei vini. A questo aggiungo un grande gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori. Sicuramente il prezzo non è economico ma vale tutto quello che si mangia. Da tornarci

Very welcoming and prepared staff. Nice and well-kept place both inside and out. Few gluten-free choices. High quality raw materials, shame about the portions, a little small. Especially for starters and side dishes

Cibo di qualità ma ad un prezzo eccessivo. Ho mangiato in altri ristoranti della zona, cibo ottimo e di qualità spendendo meno. Inoltre le porzioni non sono abbondanti come letto in qualche recensione. Le patate al forno erano lesse, la cicoria ripassata insapore.

27/08/2024: The place has changed its name today, it is called Adagio and I believe it is also managed. A very nice place in a place from times gone by, a small village rich in history and with its own charm. The place is located in the town square and is managed by two very nice and helpful sisters. We had dinner enjoying the dishes places prepared with high quality raw materials. I suggest always booking because if you want to dine outdoors there are not many places. I would recommend the wild boar which in my opinion is very good. There is certainly no shortage of wines from the area which are an excellent pairing with the dishes. Try it.
15/08/2024: Umbrian flavors in a medieval location, professional staff who make you feel like family. Absolutely worth trying!
