A positive experience. The elegant and relaxed atmosphere and excellent quality food are excellent.
The wine list is obviously excellent (superb 2016 Sagrantino from Fattoria di Milziade).
The service is friendly, smiling, and impeccable.

It's a shame the stars only go up to 5. I would have gladly given it 10. Excellent typical Umbrian cuisine. Highly recommended.

Very well-kept restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and excellent wine. I recommend the gnocchi with Sagrantino: truly top-notch!

The osteria also offers a selection of local products and excellent wines for purchase.
Both the à la carte appetizers and the daily specials fully met our expectations. The gnocchi with Sagrantino cheese were exquisite, and the guancia basa was fabulous.
The attentive and prompt service allowed us to enjoy our chosen dishes at leisure. The tozzetti with Sagrantino Passito wine finished the meal perfectly.
An excellent experience, we'll be back.

Tavern/wine bar. Special local products. Beautiful presentation. Tasty. Not very generous, but good. Accompanied by an excellent wine list. Simple desserts. In winter... A bit chilly. Clean atmosphere.

Visited before in August 2025 and on Christmas Day 2025. Food is very good and spectacular on Christmas Day. Braised beef cheek and the spezzatino were so good.

Beautiful restaurant with very beautiful people! The servers are attentive to our needs, bringing me a glutenfree starter whilst the rest of my family had bread and foccacia. Everything was delicious! We can taste the love in every bite. The beef cheek was very tender, and the stewed wild boar was amazing. We also had pork pluma, goose and wild boar pasta, sides of chicory and potato, all cooked to perfection. To top it all off, we had very excellent wine from the region and left very very happy. This was such a great start to our vacation in Montefalco!

I've been to this restaurant and really enjoyed the food. Among the best dishes are the scrambled eggs with truffles, the porchetta, the gnocchi with Sagrantino, the stuffed pigeon, and the pork cheek. The strangozzi are also very good.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for a relaxing lunch.
The only downside was the waiter, who was a bit too pushy in his attempt to be friendly.
I should also note that the vegetarian dish seemed a bit overpriced compared to the overall offering.
The bill, however, is in line with the quality and quantity of the dishes. Recommended for those who want to enjoy authentic Umbrian cuisine.
