Lunch was good, especially the desserts and the Sagrantino Passito. The bill wasn't so great, perhaps intentionally high.

We had enjoyed an early dinner. The food was delicious and tasteful. Absolutely amazing cheese from a local producer - the “blu di capra” was a true experience!

We chose this location by chance, and we were thrilled. Excellent appetizer with pinza and porchetta. Then we had strangozzi with white truffles and gnocchi with Sagrantino wine. Compliments to the chef and the entire team, especially Leonardo, who brought our dishes to our table... he was incredibly friendly.

Abbiamo incontrato questa osteria mentre visitavamo i borghi della zona e ci siamo fermati. Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente, inoltre essendo un venerdì non molto affollato. Ottimo menù di terra con tanti prodotti locali. Tutte delizioso con un'ottima carta dei vini. A questo aggiungo un grande gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori. Sicuramente il prezzo non è economico ma vale tutto quello che si mangia. Da tornarci

16/05/2025: Wonderful place. Everything completely gluten-free, many fresh products even lactose-free. Products made really well, so much so that you forget you're eating gluten-free. High quality and great flavor! Too bad we don't have a place like this close to home. If you're in the area don't hesitate to stop by. Recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs.
26/04/2025: For me, who recently discovered that I have celiac disease, it is like discovering heaven. I didn't even think I could find a place where I could eat fresh food. Speechless, ecstatic. I will definitely come back.

Scuola Elementare della Pasta

02/07/2025: We entered this restaurant to book and were greeted with unique warmth. The ladies were busy preparing the pasta by hand and that already gave us a good impression. The staff was courteous and the wait to eat was quite short. We took the saffron gnocchi (two plates), a portion of potatoes and a bottle of water spending a total of 39 euros. The gnocchi were spectacular to the point that we cleaned the plates with bread and the same can be said for the potatoes. Beautiful memory of our visit to Castiglione del Lago. Thank you. 😀
03/05/2025: Small but very welcoming place, with outdoor tables...really excellent food and the pasta has a truly unique flavour...well worth the wait...I highly recommend 😉
